Kozienice Power station Technimex and Corol in Poland delivered

Kozienice Power station
Technimex and Corol in Poland delivered valves for the coal fired Kozienice Power Station owned by
Elektrownia Kozienice and engineered by Alstom. This power station is Poland’s second largest power
station with an installed capacity of 2 x 900 MW.
To deliver the valves we needed approval by Alstom and after successful inspections we supplied
among others several hard rubber lined DN2000 double eccentric butterfly valves type 2010 equipped
with Auma gearbox and Sipos electric actuators. The valves are used in the pipelines for water intake
and cooling water.

Polska Grupa Energetyczna
Also for another power plant in Poland, in the city Opole, Technimex and Corol have delivered valves.
In Opole a consortium is in charge of building two 900 MW units to Polska Grupa Energetyczna.
Project management and design is in the hands of Alstom. Once operational, it will be Poland’s largest
hard coal-fueled facility, and will supply electricity to the equivalent of two million homes.
Technimex and Corol are approved by Alstom and will supply among others concentric wafer butterfly
valve DN600, DN700 and DN800, type 1120. Some of them are with EPDM vulcanized sleeve. The
valves will have Auma gearbox and Sipos electric actuators and will be used in the cooling water
pipeline.
Novosibirsk Waterworks.
Technimex and Indutek in Russia delivered DN800, DN1000 and DN1200 double eccentric butterfly
valves type 2010 for regulating the water distribution at the Novosibirsk Water works.
Novosibirsk Wastewater pumping station.
For a wastewater pumping station Technimex and Indutek delivered gate valves DN1000.
ISPA 1 Lasi Romania
The total Lasi water supply project consist of a new DN1000 water supply pipeline for raw water, a
new drinking water treatment plant, new pumping stations and a city distribution network.
Technimex supplied among others the DN1000 ductile iron fittings.
Croatian Waters
Together with Setting in Croatia we delivered double eccentric butterfly valves DN500 type 2010 and
slanted seat check valves with damper type 4020.
BIDJ irrigation project in Croatia.
We delivered DN1000 dismantling joints and DN1000 double eccentric butterfly valves for an
irrigation project.
HPP Dubrovnik in Croatia.
For a Hydro Power Plant in Dubrovnik we delivered several valves.
Ringsjoverket in Malmö, Sweden
For the Ringsjoverket project in Malmö we delivered double eccentric butterfly valves and
dismantling joints in PN10. Sizes were DN800, DN1200 en DN1400.
