The ORTHOLAB Gas Chromatograph represents a true combination of analytical instrumentation and
computer technology.
This design and implementation make ORTHOLAB a unique instrument.
DIAPHRAGM VALVES
MULTI-OVENS
DIAPHRAGM VALVES
Orthodyne engineers have the expertise and experience to design a customer flow system for the ORTHOLAB GC using a choice of 4, 6 and 10 port
diaphragm valves.
All valves are manufactured with the highest quality to have a very reliable
analytical circuit.
The ORTHOLAB GC can virtually accommodate any configuration for optimum
separation and precise quantification.
Valves can be manual or pneumatical actuated.
This diaphragm valve is designed for trouble-free use in applications requiring
minimal maintenance and maximum lifetime, making it an ideal choice for the
process industry, automated lab analysers, or continuous-monitoring analyses.
OVENS AND COLUMNS
The ovens can accept capillary columns or packed columns.
Each oven can be adjusted to the correct temperature to
optimise the chromatographic analysis.
PDD DETECTOR
DETECTORS
Whether it is for Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Air Separation or Industrial
fields, ORTHOLAB meets your stringent
needs.
The ORTHOLAB GC can accommodate
different detectors.

CUSTOMISED MANUFACTURING
Orthodyne engineers work closely with
the customer to design chromatographic
system for their application.
When it comes to specific applications,
Orthodyne has also significant expertise
in the development and design of gas
sampling systems for conventional GC.
OVEN
The oven has a front door for easy access
to columns.
Overheat protection circuit.
