The home page will display any current news, as well as a list of your “New” Messages.
Messages
Messages will be marked as “PM” for Personal Message or “ACE” for Ambulance Call Evaluation. Click
on the subject hyperlink to enter the message or the ACE.
When a new message or ACE is created and addressed to you, you will receive an email in your
corporate email account notifying your of the message and directing you to log into the iMEDIC Web
site.
Clicking on the “Message” link on the menu bar will bring you to the listing of all of you messages. You
can create a new message to an individual or to a group.
ACR or ACE Search
You can search all of your historic ACR or ACE data using the comprehensive search pages provided. You
will be able to view any call that you either created or participated on as a member of the crew.
From your search results page click on the Call Number hyperlink to display the call data
The ACR data is presented in a “data list” with all of the patient identifiers masked.
From this page you also have links to the compliance report associated with this call and a link to the call
and ACR processing timelines.
Also from this screen we have given you several shortcuts for the call in question in the tab bar along the
top.
ACR – The call details screen
Compliance – Detailed breakdown of the compliance rules as they related to this call
Document – Any supporting documents like signatures, ACR PDFs, defib image strips, and the ability to
play the entire session that was captured on your defibrillator.
Timeline – Help you find out when medics, created, completed and uploaded the ACR for processing.
ACE – Create an ACE form for this ACR. More on this later in this document.
End of Shift Data Verification
At the end of each shift you can verify that all of the ACR data that you created during your shift has
arrived safely on the server.
The current date will be displayed, enter your start time and the number of hours worked and hit
“Report”. Read the ACR list and validate that the data list is complete by clicking “Confirm Shift Data”
If the data is not complete and you have assured that the data was uploaded to the server then tick
“Report Missing Data” and provide any details that you have about the ACR such as patient name,
address, call number, what laptop you created it on, etc.
Then select the appropriate supervisor to notify from the pick list.
Create and Respond to Ambulance Call Evaluation ACE and Incident Reports
If an ACE form has been completed that requires a response from you, you will receive an email
notification and a link in your “Message Center”
The ACE will provide you with a list of subjects and discussion points from your reviewer. You can click
on the ACR Link to open the ACR data list for reference purposes.
If a response is required you will click on “Add New Comment” to respond to the ACE. You comment is
automatically sent to the reviewer ACE/IR Owner.
Compliance Report
To check overall compliance in the field based on the standards you have set for your service.
After you launch the report the first time you will be challenged for your CITRIX credential since this can
be a large report that needs to use a file based store
What this does now is give you the ability to view the report, or export the data to various formats.
Compliance Override Report
1 – This report helps you monitor and approve overrides.
2 – Opens the call in question
3 – Manage approval or signal for follow up action.
By selecting link 3 above you get this management dialogue.
Offload Report
Want to easily track and monitor offload delays
Based on your selection we will find your averages and also let you export the dataset for further
analysis.
