SOMETHING BRIGHTER FUTURES FOR START HERE EVERYONE WINTER PROGRAM GUIDE FALL PROGRAM GUIDE DECEMBER-MARCH September - December 2015 MUKILTEO YMCA Mukilteo YMCA Mukilteo Community: Greetings & welcome to our YMCA, Winter is a great time to explore all the Y has to offer. For your kids, we’ve worked hard to create fun, skill-building opportunities for all ages, including: Karate, Dance, Swim Lessons, Basketball, Skateboard and Scooter Lessons, Kids Night and Day Out, and awesome Winter and Mid-Winter Break Camps. For adults, check out one of our dynamic Group Exercise classes, led by the best instructors around. And, for those facing challenges and looking for support, make sure to look into our Actively Changing Together (ACT), Diabetes Prevention Program, or LIVESTRONG® at the Y for cancer survivors. Each creates a small, compassionate community dedicated to helping each other work on getting stronger and adopting healthy habits. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to serve you better. And, please consider volunteering at the Y or attending February’s Annual Campaign Kick-Off, so you can join us in serving the greater Mukilteo community.
