Welcome to Sunfall, a brand new festival for London.
We take over Brockwell Park on Saturday 9th July 2016 for a
celebration of the underground.
Party together by day, go your own way by night at one of our many
late-night club sessions.
Reflecting the many sounds of London and beyond, Sunfall’s music
policy will span jazz, electronica, house, hip hop, dubstep, techno,
soul, drum & bass and disco.
We can’t wait to get started.
Sunfall is brought to you by the teams behind XOYO, Dimensions,
The Nest, Outlook Festival and Phonox.

1.
FESTIVAL INFORMATION
1.1
GETTING TO & FROM SUNFALL
Sunfall will be held at Brockwell Park in South London, July 9th 2016.
Conveniently located between Herne Hill overground train station and Brixton
underground station there are many options for travel to and from the festival.
Trains depart frequently for the entire duration of the festival. Many buses also
stop directly opposite Sunfall’s main entrance including 3, 37, 196, 322, 690, 201,
N3, 68, 468 and N68.
If using an Uber or taxi service, we advise all customers to use Herne Hill
overground station as a safe drop off / pick up point. There is no on-site vehicle
parking at Sunfall so we advise all customers to travel by public transport.
Sunfall recommends using city mapper to find the most suitable route for you.
1.2
OPENING TIMES
The gates open at 12:00 midday at Brockwell Park. Sunfall will run through until
21:30. All Night sessions start at 22:00. Night events finish at different times –
please consult your ticket for finishing time.
Last entry to the day event is at 20:00, last guaranteed entry to the night sessions
is 00:00.
1.3
MAIN ENTRANCE
Customers need to queue in the lane specific to the ticket that they hold.
Please have your ticket printed or on your phone ready for scanning.
You will receive a wristband that will give you access to both Brockwell Park and
your chosen night session.
Sunfall is strictly over 18’s across both the day and night events. All customers
will be required to supply a valid photo ID. We accept Passports, UK’s driver’s
license or provisional licenses.
There is NO readmission to either the daytime event or the night sessions.
1.4
DAYTIME STAGES & SET TIMES
Timetables will be available for sale at the Information
Point and displayed on signage around site.

FESTIVAL MAP

INFORMATION POINT
The Information Point will located next to the Main Entrance.
There will be lanyards for sale with stage information and set times, as well as
Brilliant Corners passes and night sessions upgrades.
1.7
LOST PROPERTY
If you lose something at the festival, find it at the festival. DO NOT wait until
you’re back home to e-mail us – come and talk to us! All lost property will be
clearly labelled and stored at the Information Point. Please see the Info team if
you have misplaced any belongings.
PLEASE NOTE: Returnable confiscated items and lost property must be collected
from the on-site Information Point as we are unable to hold items.
1.8
MEETING POINT
There will be 1 meeting point within the festival site, located next to the area of
trees in between the North, South and West Stages.
1.9LOCKERS
If you have valuable items with you, we suggest using the secure storage facility
to keep your belongings safe. Lockers will be located next to the Main Entrance.
There will be both small and large lockers available on site for a small fee.
1.10 FOOD & DRINK
Sunfall work closely with a variety of local food and drink vendors. There will be
many options to choose from including gluten free and vegetarian menus, pizzas
and burgers, sweets and desserts.
There will be 3 festival bars and a cocktail bar, serving a large variety of alcoholic
and non-alcoholic drinks. Please drink responsibly, and remember to keep
hydrated throughout the day and night.
1.11 BRILLIANT CORNERS
Brilliant corners are coming to Sunfall in the form a specially curated Brilliant
Corners Backstage, complete with their audiophile soundsystem, intimate dance
floor and Japanese cuisine.
Since opening in 2013, they’ve hosted some the world’s most-searching record
collectors – a handpicked selection of which will be playing records throughout
the day.
Entry to Brilliant Corners Backstage is gained via a £12.50 ticket upgrade or
through combined day only tickets with Brilliant Corners. There will be ticket
upgrades available on-site via the Information Point.

KNOWLEDGE ARENA
A space for music creation and conversation
As part of the inaugural Sunfall; the event is hosting a music education and
conversation tent.
The arena will run throughout the afternoon and evening offering a programme
of music creation and performance workshops, music focused talks, interviews
and discussions with industry professionals and artists.

1.13 RECORD FAIR
We’ll be hosting an Independent Record Fair with over 25 Record Labels
contributing to the daytime schedule:
Showcasing some of our favourite labels of late, we bring you a market to support
upcoming artists that we’re really excited about. Labels will be offering an
exclusive buy and deliver service for all customers wishing to purchase vinyl so
that you don’t have to carry it around with you.
Ballami Radio will be live streaming straight from the Record Fair
1.14 FESTIVAL RULES
•
Sunfall is strictly an over 18’s event. Anyone under the age of 18 who has
purchased a ticket will be refused entry – no refund is applicable.
•
No animals will be allowed on to the site during the festival, with the
exception of guide dogs.
•
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. There
will be body search on admission policy in operation. It is a condition of entry
to the festival that you will submit to any reasonable search request.
•
Patrons will not be permitted entry to the festival whilst in the
possession of the following prohibited items: any professional audio, audiovisual, film, or video recording equipment, items that may be used in a
dangerous or threatening manner, alcoholic drinks, cans, glass bottles, and
foodstuffs.
•
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the festival. Any person found
in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from
the festival, and police will be called to attend.
•
Unauthorised photography or audio/video recording of any performance
at the festival is strictly prohibited.
•
Persons attending the festival may be filmed, photographed or recorded
as part of the audience. This media is owned by Sunfall and may be used for any
promotional material. By attending the event you give Sunfall the permission to
use this media.
•
The promoters cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries
sustained at the Festival, including loss or damage to property, howsoever
caused.
•
Tickets are sold on the understanding that the event is subject to licence
from the appropriate authorities.
2.
CUSTOMER ESSENTIALS
2.1
DISABILITY ACCESS
There are a number of facilities during the daytime event to accommodate
disabled customer’s needs and vary from venue to venue for the after party
events. We endeavour to assist with access to ensure your festival is comfortable
and most of all enjoyable. Should you have any enquiries regarding the access
and facilities at the festival please notify the staff at the box office of any
assistance you require and they will be able to help.
2.2 SECURITY SEARCHES
All customers will be subject to body and bag search before being permitted onto
site. You will not be granted access with any of the following prohibited items:

Weapons
•
Illegal Drugs, including Nitrous Oxide
•
Legal Highs
•
Spray Paint
•
Items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner
•
Open bottles
•
Glass
•
Cans
•
Food
•
Alocohol
•
Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)
•
Nitrous Oxide dispensers
•
Professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment
Please bring as little as possible to increase the speed of searches.
2.3DRUGS
Any use or possession of drugs at Sunfall will be treated as a serious matter. If
you do find yourself in a situation with the police whilst at the festival, please
feel free to discuss with a member of the Information Point Team who are there to
support you, not to get you in trouble.
2.4 EVENT STAFF
Stewards and security will be located at all key points around the festival site.
They are identifiable by their high-visibility jackets and are there to help and
advise you as you make your way around the festival. Please feel free to approach
them with any questions or issues you may have, and please respect their
requests to do things; they are part of the team that is there to keep you safe.
