Terms & Conditions – please retain for future reference
1. Payment methods available are:
• One upfront annual payment
• Direct debit on a rolling subscription, on a monthly basis
2. When you take out your membership,
you have the guarantee of a 10-day
money back clause
3. There are no joining fees or other hidden
costs
4. No renewal fee or membership
cancellation fee will be incurred
5. If you wish to cancel your monthly
membership you must inform us in
writing using a cancellation form. If this
form is received by Business Support
before the 16th of the month your
membership will be cancelled as of the
following month
6. Membership suspensions are only
permitted in exceptional circumstances
and at the discretion of the Leisure
Facilities Officer, and must be made in
writing
7. If you stop using an annual membership
of which an annual upfront payment has
been made a rebate of any remaining
membership will only be permitted in
exceptional circumstances and at the
discretion of the Leisure Facilities Officer
8. If at any time any of your details change,
please ensure that you advise us
9. A photograph will be taken of you and
retained on the Management Information
System to enable spot checks to be
undertaken on a regular basis. Your card
is valid to you as a member only and
cannot be passed to someone else
10. Proof of concessionary status and
address will be required when taking out
your membership (this will periodically
be checked)
11. You are required to abide by the rules
and regulations at all times within the
centre and its various operations
12. Anyone wishing to use the Physique
Fitness Suites must have completed a
Health and Physical questionnaire and
attended an induction for which a charge
will be levied
13. All membership benefits are subject to
availability and certain restrictions may
apply. We cannot guarantee a place on
a group exercise class, badminton or
squash courts.
14. If a Non All Inclusive Member wishes
to play, they are required to pay the
surcharge.
15. If you book a group fitness class, you
must give at least 2hrs notice if you
are unable to attend. Failure to do so
will result in a non member fee being
charged.
16.Cardholders may cancel a court booking
at no extra cost provided 24hrs notice is
given
17. You can book a space in a class or court
up to 8 days in advance
18. Hire of equipment can be utilised
from reception including racquets,
shuttlecocks and balls with no charge
being incurred or a deposit required
19. We reserve the right to discontinue
classes with poor attendance at short
notice
20. Normal TLC conditions apply for court
bookings, and lost cards
21. Please ensure that you always bring
your membership card. This will ease
booking at reception and identify any
person misusing a membership.
22. Swimming lessons are not included in
membership packages and please note
that our outdoor swimming pools are
seasonal.
23. The cardholder must show the card on
each visit or he/she may be liable for the
non TLC activity fee.
