Celebrate with us We at Leisure Travel Vans are proud of our heritage. Starting
in the small Mennonite community of Gretna, Manitoba, Canada 25 years ago,
it was the development of our Freedom Wide Body motorhome 10 years ago that
truly began the trek to becoming an internationally known company. We have only
begun, and are pleased to offer our most exciting product yet, with more exciting

Only the best For 25 years, Leisure Travel has been using the Dodge Ram Van chassis
that provides the greatest amount of interior space for a Class “B” motorhome. The
unibody construction offers the flexibility to create the most versatile units possible,
while providing the necessary framework to maintain structural integrity. Each chassis
has been equipped with power operated mirrors, windows, and doors, remote keyless
entry and security alarm, the premium AM/FM/Cassette/CD player with equalizer, and
rear anti-lock brakes, all of which provide the convenience and quality you’d expect from
a luxury motorhome.
Uncompromising detail Consistent quality is achieved in all Leisure motorhomes
through keen attention to detail – inside and out. Cabinetry, upholstery, and flooring
look better and last longer because of the uncompromised materials we use. Our
thermal wrapped counter tops featuring rolled edges, along with the little extras like
the thermostatically controlled Fan-Tastic Vent, make the environment feel complete.
We care about what you can’t see Under every Leisure Travel
Van you’ll find foam insulated holding tanks and a rubber based
undercoating. Designed to protect components from the
elements of the road and weather, these features also serve to
give you a quieter ride. Units equipped with the dropped floor
have the added advantage of a lowered center of gravity provided
by the lowered fuel tank with heavy duty guard.
Simple solutions City hook-up connections for water,
electrical, phone/internet, and cable TV are all conveniently
located behind one of the exterior locking compartments.
A bypass valve enables you to fill your fresh water tank
without disconnecting the city water.
Logical choice The optional generator can be installed in
the front storage area behind the driver’s side door – away
from the rear of the coach so you can enjoy peaceful meals
and a restful night’s sleep.

hinges installed to permit their opening beyond 90

anniversary. Leisure Travel Vans celebrates our 25th year since the company started its
operations in the small town of Gretna, Manitoba, Canada, and 10 years since the first
Freedom Wide Body was born.
We have spared no detail in preparing a motorhome to distinguish it from all others.
Starting with our Freedom 2A model, we have inserted a professionally designed décor
that utilizes soothing tones and textures. The use of Ultraleather™ throughout, and a warm
wall vinyl/interior trim matches up perfectly with the Cinnamon Maple Cabinetry. We’ve
added virtually our entire options list to further set you apart as the one who has it all.
This unit will be released in limited numbers in the winter of 2002, so inquire today,
because they won’t be around long!
Convenience in a closet Our engineers designed the 2A
bathroom to have it all in a space that didn’t compromise
the aisleway and cabinetry storage.
Unrivaled flexibility Thanks to the standard electric rear
sofa/bed, each Freedom 2 sleeper model offers you the flexibility of three sleeping arrangements that can be converted in
seconds. In the King bed configuration you may choose to
sleep lengthwise or across the coach, or you may choose the

Imagine the Freedom
Live life to the fullest The Freedom 2A is our most popular floorplan, and it’s no
wonder why. It’s designed to provide a large unobstructed sleeping/dining arrangement
in the rear with maximum kitchen cabinetry and storage areas. By incorporating a
dropped floor, this unit offers 6'4" of headroom, and an aisle shower for the most
usable shower space in a Class “B” motorhome. Enjoy the room afforded by the carefully constructed cabinetry including a large wardrobe closet, slide-out pantry, and easily
accessible overhead shelves.
Although designed to sleep two people, the standard electric rear sofa offers you the
convenience of carrying three additional passengers thanks to the forward mounted seat
belt positions offered. This same sofa conveniently and quickly converts to a bed, or can
be reclined to relax while watching TV or reading that favorite book.
Convenient features The Freedom 2A offers the greatest
amount of cabinet space – including the option of a microwave
or convection oven, as well as providing ample dish storage,
a large utensil drawer, and a convenient pantry below.
Unobstructed sleeping area There are no worries about
bumping your head in the King Sized sleeping area of
your Freedom. When sleeping across the coach, you get
a maximum of 80" of bed length.

Embrace the Freedom
Discover the difference Fashioned after the 2A model, the 2B shares the design
concept of creating a large unobstructed sleeping/dining arrangement in the rear with
maximum kitchen cabinetry and storage areas. To set them apart, we have created a
larger private bathroom. By turning the bathroom sideways and coming partially into
the aisle, the 2B provides a wet bath, while enabling the aisle-way to remain open.
The 2B still retains the King Sized sleeping area, as well as the same kitchen
conveniences, a large wardrobe closet, and a slide-out pantry. Combine this with
the flexible entertainment options available in all Freedom models, and you will get
lost in comfort for days on end.
Room to spare Unique to all Freedom models is this
large basement storage compartment that is accessible
through the single rear door, or side entry compartments.
Like other Freedom models, the 2B offers ample
wardrobe storage.
Convenient sleeping The flexibility of the standard rear
electric sofa provides easy conversion to twin beds,
without worrying about where to store the cushions.
During the day, you can carry three additional passengers
thanks to the seat belts and forward facing seating.

As an added feature, every Freedom comes equipped with
a retractable clothes line.
Added privacy To maximize space in the private bath of
the Freedom 2B, Leisure engineers utilized innovative
ideas like a flip-down counter top and our flip-up sink.
Add to this a large medicine cabinet and the upper storage

Every destination is yours The Freedom 4M is the most universal “wide body”
motorhome in the Leisure line-up. Its impressive spaciousness and modular design
concept translates to the most comfortable getaway from the everyday.
With seating for seven and sleeping arrangements to accommodate as many as four
people, this is the ultimate SUV. For a short day trip to a ball game, or for taking
everyone on a shopping trip, this package has everything you need. Just pop in a movie
and entertain as you go.
For longer excursions, you can choose how you appoint your Freedom 4M as modular
alternate cabinets have been designed to interchange with the mid-ship seats. You also
have the ability to custom tailor your unit at time of order to match your respective
sleeping and storage requirements.
Well-planned Ingenuity shows itself through an aisle
shower with sliding privacy doors that double as bedroom
partitions at night and a flip-up sink.
Strength and versatility The electric rear sofa and mid-ship
lounge seats/beds all feature sturdy steel frames and seat belts
meeting the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Designed
with a bed spring support and finished with dual density foam
and a high quality fabric, these seats are both comfortable and
versatile for your seating and sleeping requirements.
Room for the whole family With the push of a button, the
electric rear sofa quickly becomes a double bed. Considering

we are open for plant tours Monday through Friday (except Canadian Holidays),
at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. We will give you as much time as you desire to get to
know us and our products better, but we ask that you call ahead so we can be sure

60,000 km limited warranty covering all craftsmanship entailed in the manufacturing
of the motorhome only. This does not include the chassis or appliances.
Appliances Appliances are covered by the individual warranties offered by their
respective manufacturers.
Chrysler Warranty Basic warranty coverage spans three years or 36,000 miles or 60,000
km. Roadside Assistance is included for three years or 36,000 miles or 60,000 km.
Rust-through Corrosion Coverage extends seven years or 100,000 miles or 160,000 km.
