About Us
• In 2007 Desert Rose Foods, Inc., a 30 yr old Phoenix,
Arizona based salsa and southwest condiment
manufacturer, merged with Coyote Kitchen, a 27 year old
private label food manufacturer of shelf stable and
refrigerated acidified food products. Coyote Kitchen, Inc.
the parent company operates out of a 27,000+ sq ft FDA
approved facility that offering both branded and private label
products to the retail and foodservice trade.
• The combined company, currently offers 7 brands with over
90 items ranging from salsa, salad dressings, condiments,
organic fruit spreads, flavoured lemonade drinks, Asian
finishing sauces, Kosher and Kosher for Passover products,
soups, and more. Our Chefs promise to bring you new and
exciting items on a continual basis. Currently in
development; Indian specialty sauces.

Quality Assurance
All branded as well as private labelled items manufactured by Coyote
Kitchen, Inc. are produced at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Quality
Assurance and Sanitation teams guarantee that only quality food products
are produced by strict regulations and production standards. The production
facility is HACCP and USDA Organic certified, as well as Third Party
Inspected.
It is true that quality “finished” products begin with quality raw material
ingredients. Coyote Kitchen, Inc. ensures that quality by forming true
“supplier partnerships”. All raw material and packaging that is received into
the production facility is approved by the Quality Assurance team and must
meet exacting specifications. The Quality Assurance team has a strict set of
guidelines regarding the processing and compliance of it’s supplier partners,
requiring plant inspections, GMP, HACCP program, USDA Certified Organic
program where applicable, SSOP compliance, Indemnification Agreements
and many other guidelines that must be adhered to. This selective process
guarantees that only safe raw material ingredients are used in the production
of all Coyote Kitchen, Inc. products, which in turn, ensures the best possible
quality in the finished product.

to you under the Alberta’s Organic™ label.
The original Desert Rose® All Natural product line consisting of high quality
salsa’s, Southwest condiments and confections
Certified Kosher and Kosher for Passover products, Brisket Sauces,
Dressings, Marinades, Soups, and much more.
High Country Cowboy™ is our line of Kosher certified Steak Sauces in
seven exciting flavors!
The La Buena Cocina™ product line is designed to generate an
extraordinary ROI for the retailer while giving the consumer an extreme
value. This line includes salsas, pasta sauces and more!
Our Brands continued
Zenso, the art of making Pan-Asian cooking easy. Our newest line of Asian
sauces include Sweet & Sour, General Tso, Kung Po, and Orange Pineapple.
Slightly thickened these sauces will cling to every morsel. Use as a stir fry
sauce or glaze on meats, poultry, or fish. Kosher certified.
A fantastic All Natural line of fresh deli products which currently include: Cioppino
Starter Sauce, Pineapple Chutney, Marinara Sauce and Medium Salsa – packed in
48 oz and 32 oz square deli containers

• Third party plant audit held 1-26-09 performed by Randolph
Associates. Coyote Kitchen, Inc scored 94.3% on their audit.
