From the Qur’an:
“Order the Muslim men to
lower down their sights a
little and to guard their
private parts. This is
cleaner
for
them,
undoubtedly,
Allah
is
Aware of their deeds.”
“And order the Muslim
women to lower down their
sights a little and guard
their chastity and show not
their adornment but as
much which is itself
apparent
and
remain
putting
their
head
coverings
over
their
bosoms”… …“and (order
them) to put not their feet
forcibly on the ground that
hidden adornment may be
known (heard)”…
(An-Noor: Verses 30-31part)
Selected Hadith:
Allah's Messenger (SAAW)
is reported to have said:
“There will be women who
will be dressed but they will
be naked. Their heads will
be like the humps of
camels. They will not enter
Jannah and will not even
smell the scent of Jannah
while it can be smelt from a
far distance.”
Another hadith from a
different chain mentions at
the end that “whereas, one
can smell the scent of
Jannah from a distance
traveled in seventy years.”

EDITORIAL
All praise is due to Allah (SWT), and peace & blessing on his noble
Messengers (AS), in particular, on the last of them all the blessed
Prophet Muhammad (SAAW).
We are living in an age when the forces of evil are in full swing at the
individual as well as the collective levels. A snapshot of the work being
done by these forces, which want to force upon the world, their liberal and
secular – godless – way of life was witnessed at the Beaconhouse National
University (BNU) during the second week of April 2016. Strangely, it also
coincided with another event in the University of Swat, where a miniscule
effort to cause a roadblock in their social engineering plan for Pakistan was
crushed promptly and vehemently.
This was a Tale of two Cities (a phrase borrowed from one of Charles
Dickens’ novels! Although, the two cities in question were not London and
Paris (which appear in the Dickens’ novel), it happened to be the
metropolitans of Lahore and Swat, two cities in the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan.
In Lahore, the ‘coveted’ Department of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at
the BNU celebrated a ‘Periods’ Day’ on the 9th of April 2016. Six female
students pasted ‘sanitation pads’ used during female menstruation, some of
them even soaked with menstrual blood! Worse still, some of the
comments written on the Sanitation pads were shockingly vulgar, using
language that could only be heard and seen in brothels. The female students
also wore white clothes, with menstrual blood visibly seeping out, while
they gossiped with their male counterparts. Even known liberalists like
Shaan Taseer, the son of late Salman Taseer, tweeted his dislike for the
activity, calling it in ‘Bad Taste’. He was right about that.
The six female students of BNU gave the rationale for their assignment,
whether given by a superior or a brainchild of their own, that the day was
symbolic as a reminder to all that women was to be ‘respected’, seen as
‘normal’ and not consider the biological process as a ‘Taboo’. They
dismissed that there was no liberal or secular agenda behind the activity – a
claim one finds hard to believe given the department in which they study.
The fact of the matter is that no one in Pakistan or the Muslim world
considers the biological process of periods to be ‘unrespectable’ or
‘abnormal’ or even a ‘taboo’. Period. The only thing that the students
responsible for this activity, their mentors, professors, assignment
allocators, the Monitoring bodies at BNU all the way up to the chairperson
have not only made a mockery of themselves but lost respect all around.
Even the most liberal and secular states in the world such as the
Scandinavian countries never allow the incitement of anti-social behavior of
this sort in their midst and you would never have heard about the
celebration of such silly stuff anywhere in the West.
Ask the Qur’an, the Sunnah, any gynecologist of your choice and medical
researchers. All come to the same conclusion that the biological process of
menstruation has been devised by Allah (SWT) or Nature as the agnostics
call it in order to ensure hygiene and cleanliness among females and any
effort to cause hindrance in it would be catastrophic to human health. Why
else call them Sanitation Pads?
The question thus must be raised that when everyone knows periods are
biological and normal, then what was the need to disseminate it as an
advertisement, unless the designs are different and nefarious. (Cont. on Page 3)

PERSPECTIVE
Press Release issued by Tanzeem e Islami
Date: May 13, 2016
Lahore (PR): “The savage action taken by the Bangladeshi government of sending Motiur
Rehman to the gallows for showing allegiance to Pakistan in 1971 is a vicious and brutal
deed.”
This was said by the Ameer of Tanzeem e Islami, Hafiz Aakif Saeed, in a statement. The Ameer
noted that Sheikh Haseena Wajid had inexplicably and astonishingly conjured up a reminisce
that Motiur Rehman Nizami had committed treason by supporting Pakistan in 1971, after a lapse
of forty-five (45) years, which was nothing short of a loathsome mockery. He added that her
government’s action was not just animosity against Pakistan but a vivid display of enmity against
Islam, which the daughter of Sheikh Mujeebur Rehman was perpetrating today due to the candid
backing and invasive provision of India. The Ameer also criticized the timid role and indifferent
attitude of the government of Pakistan on this important issue, severely.
He remarked that Pakistan ought to have taken other Muslim countries on board in order to stop
the appalling execution. He added that Motiur Rehman had embraced martyrdom in love for
Pakistan, yet our government had not taken any practical step to condemn the event, whereas
Turkey had called her envoy back from Bangladesh in protest and given a clear message of
displeasure to Sheikh Haseena Wajid.
Commenting on the cancer of corruption in Pakistan, the Ameer said that in a mind-boggling
revelation, we have come to know that the Finance Secretary of Balochistan had been
transferring the entire wealth of the province to his home! He added that this was merely the
case of a low-level secretary who had broken all records of corruption but it had given a big clue
to the degree of corruption, looting and fraud that existed at all levels of our bureaucracy,
politicians and the armed forces. The Ameer remarked that if the cancer of corruption was not
treated immediately and effectively, it would eat the entire body politic of our nation from inside
out.
Commenting on the refusal of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to form a judicial commission to
probe the Panama papers leak, the Ameer said that this latest turn of events had thrown our
country into another cauldron of ominous political crisis. He concluded by appealing to and
advising both the treasury and opposition benches to avoid all kinds of sabre rattling on the issue
in the larger interest of Pakistan and to make sincere efforts for the resolution of the situation
created by the Panama papers leak amicably through negotiations.

Lahore (PR): “The action taken by a ‘Jirga’ to murder and burn the corpse of a girl is
extremely barbaric and the result of the prevailing ignorance in the societies of today, at
large.”
This was stated by the Ameer of Tanzeem e Islami, Hafiz Aakif Saeed, during the Khitab e
Jumu’ah at Qur’an Academy, Lahore. The Ameer said that the Jirga had used the deviant
rationale that the lynched girl had played the part of a ‘facilitator’ in the choice for marriage made
by another girl while making its twisted decision. He added that under no circumstances did the
Jirga or any other third party had the right to make a decision to take away the life of another
person and then burn her remains.
The Ameer remarked that the reason why such non-state ‘Jirgas’ comprising ill-bred members
were able to give such ignorant decisions was that the judicial institutions of our state had
become outdated and practically dysfunctional and the general public had lost all hope of
fairness and justice from them. He added that the System of Social Justice based on Islam did
not allow such instances of injustice and brutality. The Ameer said that the government of the
Afghan Taliban in our neighborhood had established a state based on the principles of Islam and
due to that all decisions made by them were based on the Islamic Shariah in letter and spirit,
thus eliminating crime & brutality to a great degree.
The Ameer concluded by stating that the secular elements of our country were shamefully trying
to link such decisions based on Injustice and brutality as given by the Jirga with Islam, despite
the golden decisions based on justice and kindness given under Islamic principles throughout our

(continued from page 1)
The question thus must be raised that when everyone knows periods are biological and normal, then what
was the need to disseminate it as an advertisement, unless the designs are different and nefarious.
Another reality is that the so-called periods day had nothing to do with ‘gaining respect’ and ‘fighting
taboos.’ It has become a detrimental trend that so long as you become Liberal, secular and feminist; do
things to prove that you champion their cause, you will become famous overnight.
The myth that females have been created by Allah (SWT) as ‘lesser beings’ has never been advocated by the
Qur’an or the Sunnah or any religious scholar. It is the educational institutions these children go to, the
professors that teach them and the administration that runs such institutions which cause a sort of
inferiority complex among them by Indoctrination the children against Islam, its edicts and its cultural
values. They find the so-called moderate, liberal and secular ‘Islamic Scholars’ to give them a certificate of
approval for their sinful deeds.
In the other city, SWAT, the University of Swat's chief proctor, Bilal, suspended for giving advice to male
and female students not to mingle on or off the campus. Bilal’s advice or instruction was perfectly normal
and even legal, as Islam is embedded in many parts of the KPK and FATA. It was just a caution to the
students that things could get ugly really quick if you try to break norms of the culture. But the so-called
NGOs, who were mum when hundreds of children were dying of malnutrition in Thar, immediately started
crying foul. Eventually, Bilal lost his post and was suspended.
The people running these institutions are just minions of the West. All of their funding comes from
UNESCO, UNDP and USAID. The latter are in turn funded by the following Zionist-Jewish bodies:

Ford Foundation for Media, Arts and Culture fund;

Rand Corporation fund;

Carnegie Endowment fund for Social Development;

Open Foundation fund of Hungarian Zionist Jew George Soros;

Rockefeller foundation Asian cultural council fund; and

Rockefeller foundation cultural innovation fund;
among others
In fact, their sole goal related to the culture and society of Pakistan is to engineer it according to their selfconstrued ‘global standards’, secular and liberal in nature. These may have been called conspiracy theories
in the 80’s and the 90’s, but 9/11 and the events that have followed have proved that these are ‘conspiracy
facts.’
We would ask of the PM of Pakistan, HEC, CMs of KPK and Punjab, Educational Institutions and the
monitoring bodies to probe this matter to reach a logical conclusion. They have to stop being minions of
the Zionist-West. They have to understand that ‘Freedom of Expression’ is just a ruse. How free can
expression be when one argument prevails and the contrary one gets locked and zipped up?
This form of intolerance of ideas and ideologies should not be found in a ‘textbook’ democracy. They are
not even conceivable in an Islamic Welfare State. Which leaves us with only one form of governance
where such double standards are applied: FASCISM!
We are fast becoming a fascist state, where only the words and actions of liberalists, secularists and
feminists are condoned by the State, while any contesting ideology is stifled and choked.
We sincerely pray that may Allah (SWT) grant our leaders and the owners of these institutions true guidance
and vision to see through the lies and deceptions and reach the ultimate Truth. Aameen!
Note: A few days ago the Defence Campus of the Beaconhouse School System arranged a ‘Dance Party’ to
celebrate the farewell of its outgoing class. What a mess, sigh.

PERSPECTIVE
SDPI – Sustainable development for liberal Islamophobes
The idea of using educational institutions for social engineering to indoctrinate liberal and secular
ideologies in the youth of a society might have not crossed Pharaoh’s mind but western civilization
learned it very well. This is the reason why they are funding many NGOs (or ‘civil society’) to bring a
“social revolution” i.e. converting potential die hard enemies into “soft hearted” and “civilized”
followers. Social engineering is a good strategy to win the future war and to eliminate the resistance
in future turmoil. Because the leaders of the west have committed so many crimes against humanity
and against the Islamic Ummah that it is almost impossible to win the hearts and minds through
justice. Naturally the better alternate is ‘social engineering’. Make your enemies to speak your
language, make them follow your morals and dogmas, give them lines to think, books to read, food to
eat, dress to wear, and glitters of entertainment to seduce their minds and you find no obstacle
against your global ambitions. The essential and key part for the social engineering is to change the
syllabus and curriculum. When it comes to change in syllabus, no one has worked more than the
SDPI (Sustainable Development Policy Institute) in order to bring about so-called ‘enlightenment’ and
‘moderation’.
SDPI came in lime light in the “most enlightened era of education” around 13 years ago. We also saw
the formation of a parallel Agha Khan board of education. The details of functioning of this board
were so shocking that many religious political parties ran a campaign against it. Meanwhile SDPI
stalwarts appeared on National Television and had a tough time explaining the motives of his
activities and the activities of SDPI. Amazingly an academic and professor of the Quaid e Azam
University, Islamabad, spilled the beans, exposing the real intentions of SDPI. Referring to the
meeting with SDPI officials, she revealed that one of the official of SDPI said that ‘Allama Iqbal was a
fascist poet, therefore his poetry should not be taught in our schools, colleges and universities. She
clearly said that ‘SDPI and its scholars had been given a certain line and direction (from abroad) and
they were pushing it.’
She also said there was nothing wrong with teaching jihad to children as our history was full of
instances of jihad and the Holy Prophet (SAAW) himself participated in many campaigns. But the
SDPI was obstinately against our history. Ironically, Israel was continuing its ‘Qitaal’ against the
Palestine and crushing the Muslims with impunity. Should Pakistan then become aloof to all that,
including the geo-politics of our region and the treats from India which are visible in Kashmir?
Genuinely thinking Muslims have become awfully disgusted by the tricks and lies of liberal and
secular organizations such as SDPI.
It is apparent that the intentions of SDPI include the complete removal of every glorious aspect of our
history from our syllabus such as the accounts of Mohammed Bin Qasim, Shahabuddin Ghori and
every other Muslim ruler who conquered India, the facts about the 1965 Indo-Pak war which are
agreed upon and to create a mindset of future generation compatible to future designs for the world
and region i.e. friendly and less vocal on injustices and disputes.
The concept of sustainable development is a global concept. Also known and work under “Agenda
21” of United Nations. It was introduced as “Brundtland report” in 1987 and later described and
formalized in successive world conferences held by UN from 1994-1996.The SDPI is a part of this
global program. If you visit the site of SDPI, you shall find the mission statement in these words;
“The Sustainable Development Policy Institute provides the global sustainable development
community with representation from Pakistan as well as South Asia as a whole.”
The sustainable development or agenda 21 is therefore a plan for global control of the resources of
the world by any means. This control cannot be achieved until people are detached from religion,
religious customs and local traditions. That is why the whole idea of sustainable development
demands aggressive efforts in social sector, all under the umbrella of the UN.
