Highlights: Sand dunes, fishing village,
fairy stream.
Highlights: Lighthouse, sightseeing,
BBQ sea food, snorkeling, fishing.
The winds have heaped up great sand
dunes of red, gold or white that hold
sub-terranean reservoirs of groundwater.
Mui Ne fishing village has existed long
before Mui Ne was a tourist hot spot, The
name Mui ne itself means “Sheltered
peninsular” and is used as safe harbor by
seasonal fisherman. In the main fishing
season the bay is home to hundreds of
fishing boats that moor there during the
daytime. At Night time the horision is lit
up by hundreds of fishing boats.
Fairy Stream runs alongside some dunes,
the water has permeated the dunes to
form sandstone, which has been shaped
by the wind. The result is a very unique
and magical landscape. The walk up the
fairy stream takes about 45 minutes,
and there are many tea-houses along the
way.
According to the maritime history, the
cape of Ke Ga was considered as the
most dangerous place of the coast from
Phan Rang to Vung Tau. Many merchant
boats were sunk here because they
could not coordinate their position. To
satisfy the transportation demand of the
French army as well as the international
merchant ships, the French planned and
constructed Ke Ga Lighthouse.
The lighthouse was built by stone in 35
meters high, and the entire height from
the light to the sea-level is 65 meters; It
was completed and put into operation in
1900. Thus, the lighthouse is 112 years
old, and is considered as the oldest lighthouse in Vietnam.

Which is a local market rarely visited by
tourists.
Phan Thiet It is the capital of Binh Thuan
Province. It is one of the attractive
tourism cities in Vietnam. Situated in
the South-Central coastal, Phan Thiet
is an important junction of the national
highway No.1A connecting Ho Chi Minh
City, national highway No. 55 to Vung
Tau, and national highway No. 28 to the
Central Highland (Tay Nguyen).
Phan Thiet was also the southern boarder of the Champa Dynasty, famous for
their towers and art. Nguyěn Sinh Côn
who later known as Ho Chi Minh worked
as a teacher in the city his former school
is preserved near the Museum.
The Phan Thiet market was established
in 1697, though it’s location has
changed a couple times over the centuries, though large, this is very much
a local market that does not see many
tourists.
