description
An original, exclusive mould by Icam Linea Professionale, in
500-micron thick transparent thermoformed PVC, ideal for contact
with foodstuffs. Practical to use and suitable for cakes with cream,
bavarois, semifreddo desserts and ice cream cakes.
The Yule Log mould has an innovative structure: the bark-effect acetate
strip, to be inserted before the filling, can be removed easily when the
dessert is demoulded, which – in combination with the “rings of the trunk”
effect on the bottom – gives a very realistic Yule log result. Used without the
“bark” strip, it can be used for alternative ideas (such as floral decorations or
to make chocolate bonbonnières).
Simple to demould, washable at 40°C and reusable.
The kit comes with a recipe booklet with ideas for
room-temperature desserts, mousses and semifreddo desserts.

description
An original, exclusive mould by Icam Linea Professionale, in
700-micron thick transparent thermoformed PVC, ideal for
contact with foodstuffs. Practical to use and suitable for
cakes with cream, bavarois, semifreddo desserts and ice
cream cakes. The Shooting Star mould has a shaper that
makes it possible to cut a base of the appropriate shape
from sponge, shortcrust pastry, rolled cakes, chocolate, etc
so that the mould closes perfectly.
Simple to demould, washable at 40°C and reusable.
The kit comes with a recipe booklet with ideas for room-temperature
desserts, mousses and semifreddo desserts.

as a second, smaller panettone mould, so that fillings,
preparations or other inserts can be quick-frozen and placed
inside.
