Air jet, 11⁄16” (17.5 mm),
thread length 15⁄8”

Use only silicone that is compatible with ABS and PVC plastic.
Make sure mounting surface is flat. The air jet face must sit flush
with the mounting surface to prevent any gaps between the
cover and the wall.
Size Measurements
Installation of the Slimline Air Massage Jet requires a 7/32”
(5.5 mm) hole.
1. Drill the hole. Insert the multi jet into the hole. Slide the gasket over
the air jet until the gasket rests against the spa wall. Apply silicone.
Avoid putting silicone towards the front of the wall fitting as
indicated in the diagram.

2. While holding the jet assembly against the spa, screw the body
onto the jet face threads. Then, hand tighten.
Caution: Do not use abrasive or caustic cleansers on decorative
escutcheons as they will damage the finish and void the warranty.

Installation of Slimline Micro Back Jet Assembly

Tool Required: 3⁄8” Allen (Hex) Wrench
•
Use only silicone that is compatible with ABS and PVC plastic.
•
Make sure mounting surface is flat. The suction cover and
fitting must sit flush with the mounting surface to prevent
any gaps between the cover and the wall. Installation of the
Slimline Micro Back Jet Assembly requires a 17⁄16” hole.
Size Measurements

1. Once the hole is drilled, insert the Slimline Back Jet Micro 11⁄2” Wall
Fitting (202209WF) into the escutcheon ring (282201-PC). Insert
the fitting into the hole. Apply silicone as shown in the “Silicone
Instructions” diagram. Avoid putting silicone towards the front of
the wall fitting.

2. Screw the assembly into the jet body. Use the Allen Wrench to
snug the assembly into the jet body.

any gaps between the cover and the wall. Installation of
the Slimline Jet Assembly requires a 2” hole.
Size Measurements
1. Once the hole is drilled, insert the Wall Fitting into
the Metal Stamp Escutcheon, and insert the assembly
through the hole.
2. Apply silicone as shown in the “Silicone Instructions”
diagram. Avoid putting silicone towards the front of the wall
fitting as indicated in the diagram. Screw, then tighten the
escutcheon and wall fitting assembly into the jet body.

Make sure mounting surface is flat. The metal and wall
fitting must sit flush with the metal surface. Installation of
the Slimline Large Transadjustable Jet requires a 23⁄4” hole.
1. Once the hole is drilled, place escutcheon onto the wall fitting
(202401-PC) and insert the assembly into the hole.
2. A
pply silicone as shown in the “Silicone Instructions” diagram.
Avoid putting silicone towards the front of the wall fitting. Screw
the wall fitting into the jet body, then tighten using tool #22556-V.

Hole Size
3. Insert the internal orifice (202450-PC or 202452-PC) carefully
within the assembly, then screw into place. To avoid stripping
threads, hand tighten the internal orifice assembly until it
bottoms out. Then use tool # 22556-V to snug the orifice into
place.
