Nowadays, Srifa’s facing problem from international competitor and new local bakery. Therefore the owner want to refresh the brand image, create new space in the market as well as expand to franchise business in near future. The project is divided into 3 phases; 1. Create new brand DNA, Vision, tagline, brand strategy. 2. Redesign Corporate Identity, packaging and store experiences. 3. Marketing tactic recommendation (7Ps) and marketing communication. By pairing Srichand Powder brand page “Woman in a present time who love Thai heritage” with “Aok-Praya-Hongtong” (ออกพญาหงษ์ทอง) page “a person from the past who accidently be in a present” which have about 130k fan base at the time. The Strategy was to relocate the fans from influencer page to the brand’s page. We also cooperate with many pages to act as character in soap opera story. A hot guy walked along office area and ask to kiss woman that walk pass him with a sentence “May I have a kiss, I’m looking for the one” and at the end of the video, we reviewed that he was actually looking for “The one who used Aloedent”. We knew that we were playing against Thai traditional social culture so we control mood and tone of the clip to be cute and friendly approach. The bowl shape of the head represent noodle, spoon and fork represent rice and the eyes of the character took from old Thai art style which clearly represent Thailand. Orange colour make people hungry and green colour represent healthy food. Typeface using friendly and fun style to matched Mr.Kobkhun. “Pa-kow-ma” also represent Thailand.To extend campaign: We can have a lot of characters based on Mr.Kobkhun and can be make up to Mr.Kobkhun family.
