International Credit
Union Week
International Credit Union Day is celebrated annually on the
third Thursday of October in an effort to raise awareness about the
great work that credit unions are doing around the world and give
members the opportunity to get more involved. This year’s theme of
“People Helping People” reflects the foundation of the credit union
industry and embraces the longstanding credit union philosophy of
our existence.

base of our members.
