Vehicles are to be moved immediately after unloading. Parking Parking is available in the parking lot between the Homestead building and the Great Hall Conference Center. Set-Up Exhibitor set-up is on Thursday, February 4 from 3-6pm in the Great Hall Conference Center at Sunriver Resort located at 17600 Center Drive. The trade show begins at 7:30am on Friday, February 5, 2016. When you arrive, look for your company name on a placard at your exhibit location. If you are unable to find your placard, please check in with SDAO staff at the conference registration desk. We are unable to store display material and/or show merchandise. All related equipment, crates, etc. may not arrive on premises before Thursday, February 4 at 3pm, and must be removed from the premises and returned no later than Friday, February 5 at 10pm.
