Status of the case:
On 30 June 2016, a PKPU court hearing was
held at the Commercial Court within the
District Court of Central Jakarta, with the Panel
of Judges rendering the following decisions:
a. To grant a Permanent PKPU (PKPU Tetap)
to BUMI, for a period of 90 days from the
date of 30 Juni 2016, until 27 September
2016;
b. To delcare the hearing of deliberation of the
Panel of Judges on 27 September 2016;
c. To order the Administrators to summons
the creditors, known by BUMI, to attend the
above meeting in the Commercial Court.

Proceeding Report prepared by Aji Wijaya & Co. as
Company’s Legal Counsel.
