Ingredients
1000g Genoese Cake Mix
Orange & Black 100s and thousands
400g Water
White Marshmallows
290g Vegetable Oil
Chocolate Rainbow
Frostings®
Mini Smarties
Fizzy Lances/Ribbons (for the legs)
Place cake mix into mixer, add water and oil and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed.
Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed.
Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes.
Once cool, apply Chocolate Rainbow Frosting® with palette knives and cover with
orange and black Thousands and finish according to picture.

Cream Cheese Rainbow Frostings®
400g Water
Mini Smarties
290g Vegetable Oil
Chocolate Nibs
Place cake mix into mixer, add water and oil and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed.
Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed.
Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes.
Once cool, pipe Cream Cheese Frosting® and finish according to picture.
MUMMIES
Ingredients
1000g Red Velvet Cake Mix
208g Water
340g Eggs
Vanilla Rainbow Frostings®
290g Vegetable Oil
Mini M&Ms
Chocolate Rainbow Frostings® or edible colouring pen
Place cake mix into mixer, add water and oil and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed.
Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed.
Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes.
Once cool, use a ribbon or petal nozzle to pipe layers of Cream Cheese Frosting®
‘bandages’ and finish according to picture.
PUMPKIN CUPCAKES
Ingredients
1000g Chocolate Genoese Cake Mix
Vanilla Rainbow Frostings®
400g Water
Orange i-zings™
290g Vegetable Oil
Lime i-zings™
Place cake mix into mixer, add water and oil and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed.
Scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed.
Deposit 30g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 185°C (370°F) for 25 minutes.
Once cool, beat Vanilla Rainbow Frosting® and Orange i-zings™ (50:50) and pipe onto
