Nana’s Pea Pickin’ Cake
Ingredients:
Directions:
1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1. Pour all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Divide batter into
three 8-inch round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
2. While cake is baking stir together the frosting ingredients.
3. To assemble, place first layer on a serving platter and spread 1/4 of
frosting on the top. Repeat for second layer. Place third layer on top
and cover top and sides with remaining frosting.
4. Serve and enjoy the compliments!
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges,
juice included
Frosting:
1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple,
juice included
