The Washington County Narcotics Task Force continues to arrest individuals on
indictments from the June, 2015 search warrants previously released.
Brittnie Marie Polm was arrested on 7/17/15 on an indictment for Distribution of
Heroin.
Thomas Dwayne Tibbs Jr. was arrested on 7/15/15 on an indictment for Conspiracy to
Distribute Heroin.
Michael Anthony Potter was arrested on 7/16/15 on an indictment for Distribution of
Heroin.
The below listed persons are currently wanted on indictments for CDS violations as a
result of the above investigation.
Anthony Maurice Lonon is wanted for Distribution of Heroin.
Tyler Lee Ware is wanted for Distribution of Heroin
Edward Melvin Ware Jr. is wanted for Distribution of Heroin.
Terrell Lashore Owens is wanted for Distribution of Heroin
Sandra Kelly Polm is wanted for Distribution of Heroin.
Thomas Kenneth Allen is wanted for Distribution of Spice
The Washington County Narcotics Task Force is also asking for the public’s help in
locating Siaka Aleco Hines whose last known address was 11331 Youngstoun Dr.
Hagerstown Md.
Hines is wanted on charges involving the Distribution of Spice and Possession of Spice.
These charges are a result of an investigation into the Distribution of Spice in June of
2013 at the former business of Stix-N-Phrases which was located in the 1st blk of W.
Franklin St.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the above wanted subjects are asked to
call their local police agency or go to the Washington County Narcotics Task Force’s

Agents made 4 more arrests on Tuesday July 7, 2015 related to the indictments. Those
arrested Tuesday are:
Thor Swenson 105 E. Washington St. Hagerstown Md. Charged with 2 counts of
Distribution of Heroin.
William Floyd Miller 1006 C Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. Charged with 1 count of
Distribution of Heroin.
Jazzmen Sureth Vaughn 119 Ray St. Hagerstown Md. 1 count Distribution of Heroin
and 1 count Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin.
Travon Shapell Bristol 1547 Andover Ln. Frederick Md. 2 counts Possession With
Intent to Distribute Spice AKA K-2. 1 count of Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
Agents will continue to look for the remaining persons who remain wanted on the
indictments.

During the past two months the Washington County Narcotics Task Force has been
conducting numerous investigations into the distribution of Heroin, Crack Cocaine and
Spice AKA K-2, in and around the City of Hagerstown and Washington County.
Throughout the investigation, agents made numerous purchases of Heroin inside the
Washington Gardens Apartment Complex on Security Rd. in Hagerstown Md. and other
locations around Washington County.
On June 24, 2015 agents with the Washington County Narcotics Task Force, the DEA,
Hagerstown Police Department, Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the
Washington County Special Response Team executed 5 search and seizure warrants.
4 of the search warrants were executed inside the Washington Gardens apartment
complex located on Security Rd in Hagerstown Md. The addresses where the search
warrants were executed inside Washington Gardens were as follows:
962 C Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. Arrested at that location was Edward Melvin
Ware Jr. and Cara Jordan. They were both charged with 2 counts of Possession of CDS
and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
1014 D Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. No arrests at that location.
1022 E Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. No arrests at that location.
1014 B Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. No arrests at that location.
A search warrant was also executed at 368 Pangborn Blvd Hagerstown Md. Arrested
at that location was Robert Lady Jr. Lady was charged with CDS Common Nuisance,
Possession of CDS and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
During the weeks of June 29th, 2015 agents with the Narcotics Task Force presented a
large number of cases to the Grand Jury resulting in the indictment of numerous
individuals.
On July 6, 2015 The Washington County Narcotics Task Force, DEA, Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and Hagerstown Police Department conducted a roundup of
those persons indicted.
The following persons were arrested on July 6, 2015:
Terry Lynn Ernde Jr. 1014 B Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. 2 Counts Distribution of
Heroin.
Corey James Diehl 1014 D Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. 2 Counts Distribution of
Heroin.
Christina Marie Boward 544 Chestnut St. Hagerstown Md. 2 Counts Distribution of
Heroin.
Lewis M. Chamberlain 620 W. Washington St. Hagerstown Md. 2 Counts Distribution of
Heroin.
Cameron T. Tibbs 64 E. North Ave. Hagerstown Md. 1 Count Distribution of Heroin.
Andrew James Clopper 429 Salem Ave. Hagerstown Md. 1 Count Distribution of Heroin.
Stephen Lawrence Mccormick 500 Western Maryland Parkway 2 Counts Distribution of
Cocaine.
Joshua Allen Reed 1014 D Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. 1 Count Distribution of Heroin.
Dwayne D. Unglebower 319 B. N. Jonathan St. Hagerstown Md. 4 Counts Possession
With Intent To Distribute Spice. 3 Counts Maintaining a Common Nuisance for
Distribution of CDS.
Patricia Ann Diaz 319 B N. Jonathan St. (Same charges as Dwayne Unglebower)
Christine Deneen Jenkins 962 C Security Rd Hagerstown Md. 1 Count Distribution of
Heroin.
Kimberly Dawn Thompson 1014 D Security Rd. Hagerstown Md. 1 Count Maintaining a
Common Nuisance for Distribution of CDS.
Michael Andrew Romito 1225 Magnolia Ct. Hagerstown Md. 3 Counts Distribution of
Heroin.
Also on July 6th Agents with the Washington County Narcotics Task Force arrested
Shawn Oliver whom there was an active arrest warrant for Distribution of Heroin.
Oliver was previously arrested by the Hagerstown Police Department on July 1, 2015
after he fled from officers in Hagerstown’s south end, wrecked his car and fled on foot.
While being taken into custody on July 1st he assaulted an officer and was also found to
be in possession of CDS at that time. On the July 1st charges he went before a District
Court Commissioner and was only given a $5000.00 bond. Oliver posted that bond and
was released.
When agents with the Narcotics Task Force arrested Oliver on July 6th he was found to
be in possession of a significant amount of Heroin. Oliver was charged with Possession
with Intent to Distribute Heroin and Possession of Heroin. He was also served with the
arrest warrant for Distribution of Heroin. He is currently being held at the WCDC on
$80,000.00 bond.
There are more indictments to be served and officers are actively looking for the
remaining persons involved in this investigation.
