Naomi Boutique Kosher Tours nd 2 is proud to present the Susie Fishbein VIP Gourmet Tour Based in Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Italy July 24 – 30, 2013 (with optional Puglia and Tuscany extensions) After a fabulous tour with Susie in Tuscany last year, we are staying in Italy but moving to the gorgeous Amalfi Coast region in the mid-South of the country. Once again we are delighted to offer the opportunity to enjoy to the full this region while meticulously observing Kashrut and Shabbat. Price from $3995 per person sharing (DLX room and single supplements available) Kashrut: a mashgiach tmidi will represent the Chief Rabbi of Southern Italy, Rav Bahbout; we use regular approved milk and milk products, but chalav yisrael observers can be accommodated. The AMALFI COAST Tour Most people who visit this area, famous for its rugged cliffs, its winding coastal road, its picturesque towns and its historical significance, miss out. They rarely have time for the attraction which, for Naomi’s guests, has proved to be the highlight of the whole Amalfi Coast experience: a 3-hour hike just below the clouds (hopefully) called “the pathway of the gods”. Additionally, to see the coast from the sea is simply spectacular. If you’re a cyclist, you can cycle through the mountains from Sorrento to Amalfi!!! Heard of Vietri pottery? We’ll see it at the source when we stop at Vietri-sulMare. Of course we’ll be in elegant Positano and, capital of the coast, in Amalfi. We’ll climb up the hill to enjoy the grandeur of hilltop Ravello, famous for its concerts, its villas and their gardens. And then there’s Pompeii. August 24th will never be the same again after you hear from your fascinating professional guide what happened in 79A.D. the year Vesuvius erupted. And the area boasts 3 of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world at Paestum. Let’s not forget the boat-ride to Capri, with the sun in your face and sea breeze in your hair, which prepares you for a few hours of magic on that most romantic island, where the chair-lift to heaven is just one of the ways to enjoy the island to the full. All this, while staying in a lovely hotel in Sorrento with possibly the best view of the volcano that made the area so famous, Mt Vesuvius. We’ll dine by candlelight, on food prepared in our exclusively kosher kitchen by local chefs, as we sip Italian vini. The tour offers and the price includes: excellent 4* hotel accommodation, where the staff love to please one hotel for the entire duration of your stay, all Vesunius and sea view rooms intimate group of like-minded, cultured individuals top local guides to share with you their passion for the region Most especially on this tour will be the emphasis on the food: you’ll cook with master Italian chefs, while Susie is your host in the kitchen.
