The construction of the Hotel Miramalfi, lasted five years, was the result of an intuition of the founder Francesco Mansi with the help of his son Mario,
who will continue managing with his wife Emma.
The hotel opened in the spring of 1956.
The choice of name is due to Mr. Francis, who returned to Amalfi after a long stay in Mexico, he realized his dream of living in a beautiful place, overlooking the sea,
and every day to admire his country from a position unique and enviable.
When completed, overlooking from the restaurant’s terrace, Francesco exclaimed touched: “From here, yes you can feel Amalfi! Look Amalfi! (Mira Amalfi!)
Currently the Hotel continues to be managed by Mrs. Emma Cimmino Mansi and her children Raffaella and Francesco, and that family management extremely
attentive to the care and guest satisfaction is the added value that makes the Hotel Miramalfi destination for pleasant and relaxing vacations.
The hotel has 2 single rooms and 43 double rooms including standard, superior and 4 junior suites and suites.
The rattan furniture reflects the typical blue and green colours of the coast, as well as the floor tiles from Vietri.
All rooms have a balcony or terrace facing the sea, air conditioning and heating, direct telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe and hairdryer.
The suites and some superior have Jacuzzi.
Almost all the rooms may be granted, upon request, with an extra bed.
We offer communicating rooms to families with children.
Few steps from the pool and the beach, there is a new restaurant “Le Onde”.
Here it is possible, between a dive and the other, to eat a quick snack, a pizza cooked in a traditional wood-burning oven or a full meal of
seafood and grilled meat and fish, prepared by our chefs in the open-view kitchen.
In the evening theme nights take place accompanied by live music.
The restaurant “Miramalfi” enjoys a spectacular and unique view of Amalfi.
It is air-conditioned and the glass walls on three sides give guests the feeling of being suspended above the sea.
The floor is tiled with traditional majolica from Vietri, in colours typical of the Amalfi Coast.

The beach area can be reached either by a lift carved out of the cliff or or by means of stairs surrounded with bougainvillaea.
It consists of a deck on the rocks above the sea and of a splendid seawater pool.
Both areas have deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels.
There is also a small bar offering cocktails and soft drinks.
