pride ourselves on being one of the area’s premier
wedding venues.
Licensed to care for every detail, our impressive
function suites have their own unique character and
features allowing us to tailor your wedding to exactly
how you dreamed it would be.
Our open space bar/lounge area is an ideal spot for
you and your guests to socialise during your drinks
reception, of which is conveniently located to the
front of the hotel just a snapshot away from the
attractive grounds the hotel has to offer.
We have 92 modern and spacious bedrooms ideal
for accommodating all your family and friends.
Your special day is our priority and we will ensure we
make it a day to truly remember!

Superb Suites
Our superb function suites are versatile and perfect to create
your own personalised ambience
The Chatsworth Suite
The Chatsworth suite can hold up to 40 guests for
a sit down meal and up to 120 guests for an informal
buffet of which is linked to our converted lounge area.
The room has plenty of natural daylight and is fully air
conditioned, ideal for those warm summer days.
Outside is a small patio where your guests have
the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine with their
arrival drink. In the evening, our lounge area will
have a private dance floor and nearby bar, so you
can continue your celebrations into the early hours.
This is an excellent suite for private dinners, intimate
receptions and is ideal for civil ceremonies for up to
60 guests.
The Lounge Suite
The delightful lounge suite can hold up to 60
guests for a sit down meal and up to 120 guests for
an informal buffet. Again, this fantastic space has
a nearby bar and dance floor. Being linked to our
Chatsworth suite allows your guests to choose a
party atmosphere in the lounge or a more relaxed
environment throughout the evening in
the Chatsworth.

We pride ourselves on the packages we offer,
however, if you would like a bespoke package
creating, this can be arranged.
We understand that your wedding day is special
and every wedding day is unique which is why we
offer the flexibility for you to add your own creative
touches to your special day.

will be happy to discuss your requirements further
and come up with your dream day!

Civil Weddings & Partnerships
Our hotel is licensed to host Civil Weddings and Civil Partnership ceremonies which means
that your complete day can take place at the same special venue.
We understand that every venue is unique so here at the Holiday Inn Derby Nottingham,
we have a selection of rooms which include the Chatsworth Suite and Hardwick Suite
which can both host ceremonies up to 60 guests.
Civil ceremony room hire starts from £150.00 (price includes red carpet and CD player).

Looking After You and Your Guests
Guests who choose to stay overnight will be offered a preferential rate as part of your wedding
party and we would be happy to reserve a block of rooms just for your wedding guests.
We have 92 spacious and modern bedrooms all having en-suite facilities, flat screen TV’s, iron
and ironing board and tea and coffee making facilities.
We can offer double bedrooms, single bedrooms, twin bedrooms (two single beds) and
a limited number of family rooms (one double bed and one sofa bed, the sofa bed can
accommodate two small children or one teenage child).
We are delighted to offer friends and family a special rate* from £60 bed and breakfast
based on one or two adults sharing a room on the night of your wedding. The rate
includes car parking and full English breakfast the following morning.
Special Discount
If your guests decide to also stay the night before or after the wedding, we have a special
discount available at £100.00 for two night’s accommodation with breakfast.
*Please note rates are subject to availability, terms & conditions apply. Bedrooms not booked 30 days prior to the
wedding date will automatically be released.
