traditional stick-style soldering iron frequently causes wrist stress as the soldering iron has to be
held at an awkward angle. The nearly 90° angle of the ergo iron allows the user to operate the
iron from an ergonomically comfortable position, reducing tension in the hand and wrist.
Ergo Irons have Ni-Chrome compression wound heating elements, which are proven to be the
most reliable heating element for maintaining soldering temperature over extended usage.

is machined out of solid copper. We

conductivity with corrosion resistance

then undergo a multitude of processes that include iron cladding, nickel plating, chrome coating
and pre-tinning. Each process is conducted in a clean environment to prevent contamination
and ensure proper material adherence. The end result is a soldering tip that provides optimal
