It is with great pleasure that we announce the acquisition of VBN, an award-winning architectural design
firm based in Oakland, California. The employees of VBN share STV’s commitment to excellence. VBN will
enhance our ability to serve STV’s existing clients throughout the Western region.
VBN will be integrated into STV’s West Coast operations.
About Vbn
Founded in 1958, VBN serves transportation, education, government, and commercial clients, bringing
extensive experience in the design of transit facilities. The firm’s work encompasses large- and small-scale
projects, such as rail stations and transit centers, intermodal terminals, light rail, and bus facilities. Among
