CABIN MATE REQUESTS
In order to be considered, cabin mate request must meet these guidelines:
• You may request one person and the request must be mutual. (Both applicants must request each other)
• If you request more than one person, all requests will be disregarded. Camp will not be responsible for follow up. Please list your ONE cabin mate request here: ____________________
IMPORTANT DETAILS & INFORMATION
• Please submit your registration either online or via mail no later than one week prior to your child’s camp. If you miss the
deadline, call camp office for availability.
• With the exception of unexpected emergencies, campers are not permitted to leave camp for ball games or other activities
and return to camp. This can be very distracting to the growth and bonding that occurs at camp; please contact us with questions.

forms, a Parent Page full of information about our activities, a general schedule, safety procedures and other helpful details.
• We accept credit cards! You can go to our website to register your child and take advantage of this option!

Summer camp is just around the corner and we want you
to experience the power of the upside down kingdom. The
upside down kingdom is a place where all are welcome,
all are cherished and all have a special place at the table.

older kids we will also offer
the climbing wall, sleep-outs,
canoeing, tubing and cookouts.

counselors to make sure they are prepared to meet the

Some churches pay a portion of registration fees for members. Talk to your pastor to see if this applies to you!

Return campers, bring a friend who has never attended summer camp at CCCC before and get $10 off! Your
friend must attend the same week of camp as you and will be placed in your cabin. Bringing a friend will
take the place of a cabin mate request. Campers attending 1st & 2nd Grade camp are not eligible for this

Financial assistance through a Campership Fund is available to all who are in need. Simply complete this registration form and include a note to request financial assistance. Please indicate how much of the total fee you or your
church are able to pay; all inquiries are kept confidential.
Individual families sending more than one child to camp will not pay more than $575 in registration fees. Please
send all family registrations in the same envelope.
