Bayley’s Camping Resort...
The resort is located just half a mile from 7
miles of pristine sandy beach. We offer 2
complimentary beach trolleys. They run daily,
in-season, on the hour to Pine Point Beach
and Old Orchard Beach with its historic pier.
New Bayley’s trolley coming in 2016!
The Seaside Square Complex features 2 of
our 4 heated pools, 4 of our 6 hot tubs, and
the Seaside Square Café, our poolside
restaurant. Come sit in the sun, watch the
kids play in the pools, and enjoy breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
Built in 2014, our Little River Complex is located
near Ashley Pond. Come relax in the adult only
area, which includes a pool, 2 hot tubs and a bar &
grille! The facility also has bright sunny restrooms,
a state of the art laundry facility and offers a view
of the Old Orchard Beach fireworks every

Perhaps you would enjoy kayaking on the
Little River Estuary and experience the
serenity of the Scarborough Marsh Wildlife
Refuge from our launch site right here at
Bayley’s.
We have three stocked fishing ponds on-site
for those who love to fish. During our
summer season, be sure to enter in our bass
fishing derbies that we offer twice a week.
On-site, we also offer fully equipped trailers
up to 35 feet and Cabins. The Cabins include
full size kitchen appliances, full bathroom, 2
bedrooms, fireplace and screened porch.
Bayley’s is situated on 250 acres of Southern
Maine’s scenic coastal countryside. We
feature 700+ sites to accommodate almost
any camper’s needs, featuring our Big Rig

entertainment in our spacious Seaside Square
Entertainment Complex. Located alongside the
Seaside Square Café, you can enjoy a night filled
with great food and entertainment. 7 Days a week,
our nights are jam-packed with great harmonies
from our camper’s favorite local band, Coos Canyon, Maine favorite Don Campbell Band and New England’s
funniest hypnotist Steve Wronker. Other favorites include illusionists, jugglers, storytellers, DJ dance parties
and movie nights. If you’re looking for your 15 minutes of fame, jump on stage and belt it out with our
weekly Concert Karaoke!

Bayley’s Policies and General Information
Reservations and Deposits
General Information
Advanced reservations are suggested for peak periods and holidays.
Reservations of 1-4 nights must be paid in full, reservations of 5-7
nights is a deposit of $250, reservations of 8 or more nights is a $250
deposit per week reserved; all paid within one week of making the
reservation. Payment in full is required for all specials and discounts
when reserving. Reservations during the summer season, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day have a minimum night
requirement. A $25 fee will be assessed for a check returned due to
insufficient funds. Payment in full is required upon arrival, at which
time we will accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Cash & Traveler’s Checks.
• Office hours in-season: 7:30 AM - 11 PM / Offseason 8 am - 9 or 10 pm.
• The SPEED LIMIT throughout the ENTIRE R esort is FIVE (5) mph !
• Children under 18 are to return to their campsite by 10 PM.
• QUIET TIME: 11 PM TO 8 AM.
• NO TENTS or TENT TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED TO SET UP
AFTER 10 pm.
• A ll fires out by 11 PM (Fires are never to be left unattended!).
• OUT OF STATE FIREWOOD (maine state law), PALLET &
OUTSIDE PINE firewood is PROHIBITED at all sites.
• We reserve the right to deny campsites to persons under the age of
25 in order to maintain the family atmosphere in the resort.
• Emergency messages will be delivered to your campsite. All others
will be posted at the entrance of the Main Store.
• No sink or shower waste (gray water) shall be disposed of on ground
or disposed of in fire pits. IT IS THE LAW
• To conserve water, guests are not allowed to wash camping units or
any other vehicles at their site. $50 fine for those who are caught.
• No Generators.
• Ring Toss is prohibited after 8 pm.
• Please, keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.
All trash MUST be put in dumpsters located conveniently
throughout the Resort as indicated on the Site Map. Recyclable
beverage containers can be left at labeled receptacles throughout
the Resort. You will contribute to Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals.
Please see Page 10 for Clynk recycling information.
• Swimming is prohibited in all ponds and at all times.
• On-site Fishing—daylight hours only
gaelan pond: fishing by permit only (purchase at front or back store)
troy pond: fishing allowed during scheduled tournaments only
ashley pond: no permit is required. Catch & release fishing only,
away from campsites. (Sites 201-220)
• Walking or biking through other’s campsites is prohibited. Please
use only roadways and access paths.
• We offer High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the Resort.
Given the nature of this technology, not all sites will have service,
with some having better service than others.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL.
Cancellations and R efunds
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date will
receive a refund minus the following: 1-7 nights is a 1 night site fee, 8
or more nights a $250 fee. NO REFUNDS will be given on reservations
cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Failure to arrive on arrival
date without notification will forfeit your deposit and site.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, FOR ANY REASON.
No refunds at any time for any rental units. No refunds
for any reservations shortened on, before or after arrival .
Check-in and Checkout
In-season check-in begins at 2 PM, checkout is by 12 PM FOR CAMPSITES.
RENTALS -SEE PAGE 6 FOR RENTAL INFO. Checks not accepted upon arrival. If
you wish to arrive before 2 PM please check with the Main Office, you
may pay a $20 early check-in fee if available. If your site is available
and you would like to stay until 5pm you may pay a $20 late checkout fee. Please submit your pass to the gate attendant upon final
departure. If you would like to register for additional nights, please
do so by 10 AM. Late rental checkouts will be assessed a full night fee.
ALL VEHICLES MUST DISPLAY A VALID PASS
AT ALL TIMES IN THE RESORT.

All visitors must register at the Main Office upon arrival. Day
visitors must depart by 10 PM or register as overnight guests.
Checkout time for overnight visitors is 12 PM the following day.
Overnight visitors are not permitted on any site that exceeds
6 people. Visitors are not permitted to bring pets.
Any violation of visitor policies may result in immediate eviction.
ATV’s, Mopeds, Gas/Elect. Scooters
Use of these vehicles, including personal golf carts is
prohibited in the Resort.
Motorcycles - Motorcycles are allowed on select sites in
select areas. Driving to these sites allowed 8am-8pm.

Bikes, Skateboards
and R ollerblades
No bike riding, skateboarding or rollerblading on
any paved areas of the Resort. Absolutely no bike
riding after dark. Anyone 16 years old or under must
wear a bike helmet.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH BIKE RULES WILL
RESULT IN LOSS OF RIDING PRIVILEGES!
Pools and Hot Tubs
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult/legal
guardian over 18 years old at all times. You must be at least 18
years of age to use the Hot Tubs, even under a parent’s supervision.
Please follow all posted rules in the pool areas.

Pet Information
Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets, maximum of 3 pets
per site. Pets must be on a leash at all times; and only adults may walk
dogs in the Resort. Your pet may not be left unattended at any time.
Pets are prohibited on playgrounds, in restaurants, stores, pool areas,
ponds or activity area. The beach trolley is for humans only. Pets are
not allowed on public beaches between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM,
from May 15 to Labor Day . Any guest who brings a pet must also bring
the proper equipment to clean up after it. We also offer pet waste
stations including bags and disposal throughout the resort. Please do
not allow your pet to cause noise that may disturb other campers.
A ny violation of above rules will result in eviction of the pet from the R esort

50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for rentals of 5 nights or more. Any rental of 4 nights or less must

before arriving. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $150 will be due for Trailers, $250 for Cabins. You may pay

GOLF CART RENTALS
Bayley’s is pleased to offer a limited number of Golf Cart Rentals to our campers.
Getting around and enjoying the Resort has never been easier. These gas powered
carts feature front and rear seats, headlights and a roof.
Carts must be operated by adults age 21 and over who show proof of a valid driver’s
license. Reservations in advanced are encouraged & full payment is required at time of reservation.
A security deposit of $200 is required when picking up Golf Cart.
Please inquire at the Main Office or website for more information.
Use of personal golf carts in the Resort is prohibited.

Hospital
For the past four seasons, we have
partnered with Clynk’s Community
Cash Program to benefit the
Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. When
you arrive you can pick up a green
Clynk bag at the office and during
your stay fill it with returnable
cans and bottles. Once it’s full or
you’re checking out, drop off the
bag(s) at the designated location
by the Main Store. The bags will
be collected and counted by Clynk
and the money will be donated
to the hospital. In the past four
seasons our campers have raised
over $15,000! Please pick up

Eastern Trail Network
The Eastern Trail is part of the
Eastern Coast Greenway Bicycle
Trail that extends from Maine to
Florida. One of the most scenic
coastal sections of the Eastern
Trail connects Pine Point Road (Rt.
9) with Black Point Road (Rt. 207).
You’ll find a convenient parking lot
1/4 mile east of Maine Audubon’s
Scarborough Marsh nature center
on Pine Point Road. The trail heads
north crossing the Scarborough
Marsh with its wildlife and views
of Maine’s largest saltwater marsh.
The 12-foot-wide trail in this 2.5
mile segment features a hard
packed gravel surface that is level,
great for walking, jogging or biking.
Portland’s Old Port District
The Old Port District is located
on the Portland waterfront. Many
commercial buildings have been
revitalized and transformed
into quaint shops, galleries and
restaurants. You can stroll down
the cobblestone streets and
browse for hours. Here you’ll find
trolley tours of historic Portland
and cruises on Casco Bay.
Fort William’s Park and Portland Head Light
Fort Williams Park stood with guns protecting Portland Harbour until
it was officially closed in 1963. Located off Route 77 (Shore Road),
the fort was taken
over by the town
of Cape Elizabeth
which
maintains
the property for
all to enjoy free of
charge. The park is
the location of the
most picturesque
light house on the
East coast. This
lighthouse
was
commissioned
in
1790 by George
Washington himself.

If you are arriving on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday from June 24 to
September 2, you will receive a Priority Check-In form with your confirmation.
You can also download it from our website. Simply fill out the form, have
your reservation paid in full and return it to us at least 30 days prior to your
arrival to allow us time to mail you the Priority Check-In package. Arrive at
Bayley's Resort between the hours of 2 pm and 6 pm with your Car Pass
displayed on your rearview mirror, and drive directly to your site!
Priority Check-In is only offered for
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY arrivals.
Rental Trailers and Cabins do NOT have the option of Priority Check-In.
