Pengenalan
Saban tahun, bulan April dijadikan sebagai bulan istimewa buat para setiausaha yang turut berperanan
sebagai tulang belakang kepada sesebuah organisasi. Hari Setiausaha adalah acara tahunan yang
sering mendapat perhatian daripada pelbagai pihak kerana sambutan yang hebat serta
penganjurannya yang istimewa, khas untuk meraikan para setiausaha. Oleh itu, KUISCELL turut tidak
mahu ketinggalan dalam meraikan para setiausaha dengan menganjurkan Minggu Setiausaha yang
menggabungkan konsep Taman Ilmu dan hiburan yang santai dengan berinspirasikan tema “First Class

USTAZ DON DANIYAL DON BIYAJID
Don Daniyal Bin Don Biyajid berasal dari Pulau Pinang. Beliau
berkelulusan Sarjana Muda Takhassus Qiraat Maahad Qiraat AlAzhar, Shoubra’ Mesir pada tahun 2005 sehingga 2008. Kini beliau
sedang melanjutkan pengajiannya di peringkat Sarjana di UKM.
Don Daniyal memulakan kerjayanya sebagai guru di sebuah
sekolah rendah di samping mengadakan kelas-kelas pengajian
agama secara percuma sepulangnya beliau dari Mesir. Pada 2010
beliau diterima bertugas di Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa
Selangor (KUIS) sebagai Pensyarah Muda di Jabatan Tahfiz &
Qiraat, Akademi Islam sehingga tahun 2012.
TV PROGRAM
Pada waktu yang sama beliau ditawarkan
menjadi pengacara sambilan di TV Al-Hijrah
dengan mengacarakan program-program dakwah berbentuk interaktif yang
membuatkan beliau dikenali sebagai Ustaz Don sehingga kini melalui rancangan 30
Minit Ustaz Don. Atas saranan Y.Bhg Dato’ Rektor KUIS, Ustaz Don diserapkan ke
KUISCELL menjadi Pengurus Penyelidikan & Pembangunan KUISCELL serta memberi
khidmat ceramah kepada masyarakat sehingga kini. Ustaz Don juga adalah Duta Wakaf
Selangor melalui Perbadanan Wakaf Selangor.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
ALLY ISKANDAR MOHD
MARDZIis an Executive Producer and
Anchor in Primeworks Studiosunder the umbrella of the largest
media conglomerate in the ASEAN region, Media Prima.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Film Studies
from University of the Pacific, Stockton, California in 1998, Ally
began his career in broadcasting as a part-time host for a weekend
entertainment program with TV3 the year after, while working as
an English lecturer at KolejYayasanPelajara MARA (now
KolejPolitek MARA).
His childhood aspiration in becoming a full-fledged broadcaster came true upon
receiving the offer to join TV3 as a full-time staff in 2002. He had his journalistic skills
groomed as a rookie reporter for the most popular crime news program, 999. As a
matter of fact, Ally was one of the founding members of the prime time show.

At the same time, he was given the opportunity to anchor TV3's live breakfast program
Malaysia HariInialongside great names in broadcasting like SuhaimiSulaiman,
NizalMohamad and many others, who also acted as his mentors. Live hosting had become
his forte since the beginning of his career till now, and Ally was fortunate enough to work
with literally every single TV3 producer in Sri Pentas. Such priceless experience had taught
him to be more production-savvy and was able to produce live programs like MHI and
several others.
Ally is an auteur in his creative approach as far as producing programs and contents are
concerned. Regular viewers are able to tell when they watch the programs he produces.
One of Ally's big breaks was his own late night talkshow 'ALLY'. It was honored to him in
2008. Not only anchoring, Ally was also challenged to produce the show.
Entering his 16th year in broadcasting, Ally has been blessed with great people around him;
trusting him to host prestigious live programs like AnugerahJuaraLagu and AnugerahSkrin,
apart from involving in other recorded programs, be it in front or behind camera.
Apart from his day job, Ally also extends his brand presence by involving in various off-air
activities. He has been trusted to helm numerous occasions as a master of ceremony or
sometimes as a moderator, from international events, corporate dinners, forums, concerts,
auctions, to family days and wedding ceremonies, having to receive foreign dignitaries,

prime ministers, and industry captains as guests of honor.

Among notable events are 'Townterview with former US Secretary General Hillary Clinton',
'JelajahJanjiDitepati' nationwide roadshow series with Prime Minister Datuk Seri
NajibTunRazak, National Women Day, National Youth Day, Alleycats 40th Anniversary
Concert at Istana Budaya, just to name a few.
Ally also occasionally receives invitation to knowledge-sharing sessions to share his career
experience in various education institutions - shools, colleges and universities.
2014 marked Ally’s new venture in program production - producing TV3’s longest running
religious talk show ‘Al-Kulliyyah’. Embracing the challenge by bringing a new-and-improved
concept, ‘Al-Kulliyyah’ has seen significant spikes in ratings, garnering support from new and
younger audience.
Another challenge to break new grounds in tv program producing came when Ally was
asked to produce the fourth season of children reality show,Qari Jr. Having the program’s
DNA reengineered, he felt the program should be more than just a competition to find the
best hafiz. QariJr 2015 should highlight children aspiring to become scholarsof Al Quran,
regardless of the career path they will undertake when they grow up. Collaborating with
KolejUniversiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor (KUIS) by having close relationship and
cooperation with KUISCELL, Ally believed a program about knowledge must be inspired by,
and inspire learning institutions.

KUIS had extended not only exceptional helping hands logistically, but also by sharing
human resources. QariJr production was very honored to be receiving a group of very
dedicated students to assist throughout production. From a producer’s perspective, first
hand experience is crucial as students need to expose themselves with current industry
practice and not rely solely on theory.
Ally Iskandar is a strong advocate of education. Being in the industry has taught him to
realize the importance to utilize media to educate. His prime concern is that
entertainment,being the main focus of the industry issidelining information, knowledge and
education. Ally believes media must prioritize on knowledge and education, while not
disregarding entertainment.
Upon realizing that the industry players are more keen towards entertainment contents, and
are painting a picture that such genre is what media graduates should focus on in order to
be successful, Ally believes that media reeducation is critical. Making great educational
contents must be the revived and prioritize, and this mindset must be cultivated amongst
current media students as they will be the ones taking over the industry.
With years of experience, Ally feels it is high time to educate the future players and set their
priority straight. Ally Iskandar believes with the right institution, and the right team, it is
possible.

Beliau adalah penyanyi, Penulis Lirik dan Produser lagi. Beliau
dahulu dikenali sebagai ahli kumpulan V.E yang membawakan lagu
berkonsepkan R&B and Soul. Antara lagu yang pernah dicipta
olehnya ialah lagu kumpulannya sendiri iaitu Ayu’ (VE), ‘Pop Yeh
Yeh’ (VE), ‘Party Like This’ (VE), ‘Kerna Sayang’ (VE), ‘Siti Situ Sana
Sini’ (Siti Nurhaliza) dan ‘Dua Dunia’ (Too Phat feat Siti Nurhaliza).
Antara kejayaan yang pernah dikecapinya ialah pada 2007
memenangi Anugerah Artis Inggeris Tempatan Terbaik – VE
(Anugerah Era) dan Persembahan Vokal Berkumpulan Terbaik (VE)
- Anugerah Industri Muzik.
Memenangi kategori Vokal Terbaik Anugerah Juara Lagu 22 bersama Jaclyn Victor
menerusi lagu ‘Ceritera Cinta’ pada 2008 dan menjadi Jurulatih Vokal untuk rancangan
Mystarz LG terbitan TV3. Pada 2009 pula menerima Anugerah MACP menerusi Anugerah
Lagu Inggeris Artis Tempatan Terbanyak Dimainkan dan tempat kedua Mentor TV3 bagi
protégé, Fira.Pada 2010 lagu ‘Dari Jauh’ ciptaan Lah Ahmad/ Nabil Zamanhuri
dianugerahkan ‘Lagu Terbaik di Pan Asia Music Festival 2010, Beijing, China).

Raihan Abdul Rahman is a Certified Image Consultant (APIP), a

a Certified NLP Practitioner from National Federation of NLP (NFNLP)
Florida, a Certified Master Learning Facilitator and a Certified HRDF
Trainer. She is a member of Malaysian Association of Professional
Speakers (MAPS) and also a member of Pertubuhan Perunding &
Motivasi Muslim Malaysia (TAMRIN).
Raihan has more than 12 years experience as a trainer and has
conducted more than 800 programs in corporate image,
communication, etiquette, customer service and management. Her
many years experience equipped her with the knowledge to help her
clients enhance their presence and image.
Raihan adopts a very participative approach in her trainings, using attractive visual aids and
concise, informative training sessions, while stressing on hands on group activities to impart
knowledge and skills.
She conducts her trainings with energetic enthusiasm to ensure that participants are
extremely motivated to learn, while unconsciously building confidence and proficiency. She
