広島県民文化センターを会場に，2016ひろしま総文英語部門の大会が開催されました。本校から２年生６名が
参加しました。県内から11校・県外から２校が入退場含め15分間の持ち時間でそれぞれのテーマについて発表し
ました。本校は，Discover Onomichi というテーマでプレゼンテーションを行いました。

We hope to hand down the History of Murakami Suigun to future generations. Actually we have a
festival called Suigun Festival, where you can see the traditions of Murakami Suigun. The festival is
divided into three parts. The first part is the event to thank ancestors. In the second part, people act the
scene when Murakami Suigun came back from wars. In the third part, people have a boat race, using
boats made of wood, which Murakami used to use. It’s on August 27th and 28th this year. Let’s go together!
