UME unión musical: We have 21 music shops all over Spain and Portugal, as well as the online store www.unionmusical.es Music Gallery: As Grupo Adagio is the main supplier of music products for El Corte Inglés, we also have 23 dedicated points of sale in the main shopping centres of Spain, manned The structure of our business is complemented by a warehouse of over 5,000 m2 and our own technical service. Our dedicated technical service is committed to giving our clients quick, reliable answers for their peace of mind. 42 years 03 Our history G rupo Adagio was founded more than forty years ago as a family business that started as a music store in Barcelona. This business gradually included exclusive musical instrument brands in its catalogue, until it became a distribution company for the whole of Spain. This is how our family business came to be a dealer for such major brands as Casio or Samick. With our eleven commercial experts, five product specialists, two project engineers, a helpdesk, a Marketing and Communication Department and a Customer Service Department, we are able to give support to the different client profiles that trust our company every day, and solve any need they may have. To strengthen our distribution system, we make constant investments in promotional and marketing actions, in close cooperation with manufacturers with a view to planning our strategies. Adagio distribución is the only partner in addition to the standar network of clients to have a chain of 44 company points of sale where it can sell the brands that it represents. 08 Professional electroacoustic solutions Our technical office is staffed by highly qualified professionals who have access to state-of-the-art technology to carry out projects of any size. The Engineering Department of Adagio Distribución participates in all the stages of a project to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients and the users of the facilities involved. Marketing Our stores take part in all the marketing campaign of El Corte Inglés, being one of the Spanish companies with the largest investment in publicity. With the result of attracting a large number of customers, more than a million each day passes through any of its centers. In most of these chain stores we have been the first to create our own space with musical instruments in their departments. Marketing We actively participate in the different promotional actions organized by those centers; demostrations, contests, outstanding products, headers, as well as in their national promotional campaigns. We are also present in their online shops. Human Resources We have the specialized sales team that is required in the big surfaces. We have product specialists regularly training the sales team in order that they are updated with the latest information about new products and technology.
