 3 day Join-­‐ up clinic in Wooroloo with Renae Tucci, Qualified Monty Roberts horsemanship instructor, one of 4 in the country. The clinic cost is $300 for the 3 days April 22, 23, 24. There is a $50 deposit needed to confirm your place. Bookings are to be made to Renae [email protected] or 041 995 9394 We also have accommodation here that participants are welcome to use for the duration of the course. Participants will need to bring own food and bedding. The course will cover an introduction to the language of 'Equus.' This covers how to use your body language in a way to influence the horse and how you can be more aware of it. Discussion will cover horse evolution, behaviour and language. The Join-­‐Up® process will be demonstrated and broken down in various exercises, before you get the chance to complete several Join-­‐Ups with our lovely Balleroo school horses, who won't mind if you make mistakes along the way! You are also welcome to bring your own horse along, you will need to provide his/ her feed. No stallions. You will learn how to use the Monty Roberts Dually halter to establish a relationship where the horse leads willingly and respects your space. At the end of the three days you will have the tools to create an effective, trust-­‐based partnership with your horse.
