Invite all National Federations affiliated to the Pan American Karate Federation (PKF) to
participate in the XXVI Pan American Karate Championships Under 21, Junior and Cadet
Santa Cruz de la Sierra 2015.
PLACE AND DATE
The Championship will be held in the city of Santa Cruz, Bolivia at the Coliseum Jhon
Pictor Blanco, located in the city center, in Av. Brazil between 1st and 2nd ring and will be
held from 24 to 30August 2015.
PARTICIPANTS
All countries affiliated to the Pan American Karate Federation are elegible to participate.
REGISTRATION
In order to confirm the online registration, the details thereof will be shipped soon.
INSURANCE
Athlete compulsory insurance is $us 10.- (All federations must pay the insurance unless
present their own insurance in force)
AWARDS
Medal of first, second and two third places for testing.
WEIGHING
It will take place on August 26 between 8:00 am to 10:00 am every official hotel.

b) Categories Under 21 Team will - between 18 to 20 years inclusive
Will use 4 matted areas of Tatamis for the development of competition and heating is
installed area.
TRAINING
It will be held from Monday 24, Tuesday 25 and Wednesday August 26th in the
competition Headquarters Coliseum.
These training sessions must be booked by appointment to use the area of competence,
which will be scheduled from Monday August 24 by the respective responsible.
Important: It will only serve the delegations staying at the Headquarters and Subvenues
Hotel.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
The Organizing Committee is responsible for the medical service of first aid at the scene of
competition, as well as the transfer should be necessary for medical care or
hospitalization if necessary, which will be covered by the compulsory insurance of US $
10.00 paid by each athlete to the Bolivian Karate Federation.

The National Federation does not pay the insurance must submit proof of their particular
contracting Sure, being the sole responsibility of any immediate medical attention outside
the competition area and must also sign the appropriate waiver.
TRANSPORTATION
To ensure transport from the airport to the official hotels where they will stay Delegations
need to send to the Organizing Committee at least 20 days prior to August 24, 2015, the
number of people, airline, flight number and time arrival. The Organizing Committee has
provided that each delegation will have a maximum of 2 transfers Airport-Hotel-Airport
Official therefore each country should coordinate with special criteria arrivals of their
delegations for the purpose that these arrivals, do not occur individually altering the
Airport - transportation Airport - Official Hotel. In a situation arise, must await the general
transport any other Delegation.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible airport transportation for those delegations
that do not report their arrival at least 20 days in advance, and the delegations that are
not hosted on the official hotels of the event.

COURSES
Refereeing courses and coaches will be held at the Headquarters Hotel and / or in the
Coliseum Pictor John White, in the days stipulated in the program. Course participants will
have roundtrip transportation Hotel Sede - Course Location - Hotel Headquarters.

The rate is per suite reserved. If fewer people entering the capacity of the suite likewise
must be paid: The total price of the suite occupied.
The rate per suite not be apportioned between the occupiers. Payment must be made by
the total value of the suite x night. Partial payments per person is not accepted, payment
should be: for the full value of x night suite.
