80 Years ago in Reims, the home
of
champagne,
food
fanatics
were
bubbling
with
ideas
for
preserving the flavour of fresh food,
from fruit and vegetables to meat and
fish. Townspeople sought not only to
preserve their abundant supplies but
also to preserve meals. The result
was the creation of the Le Parfait Jar
with its famous orange rubber seal.
Over many years, Le Parfait has
