Located within the secure, gated complex of Isrotel’s most luxurious new flagship property, the 2
residential buildings, with up to 11 apartments in total , are scheduled for completion by the end of
2016. Comprising an exceptionally prestigious complex in the German Colony – Jerusalem’s most
desirable neighborhood – the deluxe apartments are available in several sizes and layouts, and include
garden apartments. These low-rise buildings comprise just 4 floors each, in order to ensure all residents
will enjoy a peaceful, exclusive environment.
The buildings will be freestanding and have their own technical and engineering systems in order to
function entirely independent of the hotel. However, the plan is to allow residents of these buildings to
access the hotel complex, while at the same time ensuring their privacy and preventing them from
being disturbed by hotel guests.
The services available to the apartment owners will include restaurants, spa, lobby, fitness room, and
every other service available to hotel guests. Residents may also avail themselves of the hotel’s
underground parking lot, which offers direct access to the apartment complex.
