We have had such a truly amazing day. I

Cavan Crystal Hotel have been truly

Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Procedure:
A provisional booking can be held for up to two weeks, after which a deposit of €1,500.00
will be required to secure the date. Please note booking deposits are non refundable / non transferable & bookings are only confirmed upon
receipt of a confirmation letter from the hotel.
Cancellation Policy :
In the event of canceling a confirmed booking, the following charges will be due (deposits already paid
will also be forfeited). In each case, the percentage charge applies to the estimated total amount for the
event based on food & beverage sales based on the numbers originally booked:
Within 4 weeks = 100%
Within 8 weeks = 75%
Within 16 - 8 weeks = 50% Within 36 - 16 weeks = 25%
Thee Hotel reser ves the right to cancel an event in the following cases:

Should guests attending the event behave in any way considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary to normal expected standard of
behaviour.
The Hotel believes the booking might prejudice the reputation of the hotel
Any falsification of information will render contract null & void
Food & Beverage:
Menu selections are required four weeks prior to your wedding date. Menu items are subject to change.
Evening Buffet must be catered for 2/3rd's final number
Number Policy :
Minimum number of 130 guests applies to all dates.
The hotel will require a number within 10 people 7 days prior to your wedding & final numbers must be given 48 hours prior. This is the
number you will be charged for on the day unless the number increases, in which case the larger number will be charged for.
Payment:
All accounts must be settled prior to departure from the hotel by cash or bank draft. We do not accept Credit Card as a form of payment for
your final bill.
Entertainment:
All entertainment arrangements must have the approval of the hotel management prior to the date of the function.
The hotel will not accept any responsibility for any entertainment that has not been booked directly with the hotel. The hotel does not permit
the use of smoke or bubble making machines as a health and safety precaution. Please have written approval form the hotel before booking any
other special effects.
Accommodation :
With a confirmed booking 30 rooms will be held at our discounted wedding rate. The Bridal Suite will also be held complimentary on the
night of your wedding.
These room reservations must be confirmed by your guest Credit Card number or deposit 4 weeks prior to wedding. Any rooms not confirmed
by this time will be cancelled. Additional rooms are available subject to availability.
