Did you know that it
takes fifty hours to lose one
single pound? Did you know that
you are always losing calories?
You are even losing calories while
you are sleeping! Broccoli, kale,
soybeans, avocado, and spinach
are great foods to lose pounds
with. Did you notice that all of
these foods are green? Green
foods are very good for you,
especially dark green, leafy
vegetables.
More students are buying
sodas at lunch, but sodas are
sugar packed in a bottle. If you
are not drinking milk, then you
are losing calcium. When you are
older you count on the calcium
that you have stored! Oh, and
one more thing, don't eat too
much of your Halloween candy.

The Night of the Killer Telly Tubby
Inside the truck, he found a
