Quick Start Guide: LTL Rate Request with Time-Critical Options
1. Go to www.estes-express.com and
Log on to My Estes.
2. On the resulting welcome
page, click on Rates.
Then click LTL
Rate Request.

or e-mail: [email protected]
3. Fill in the quote
details, select
the accessorials
you need and
click Submit.

If you don’t see
the accessorial
you need, click on
View All, and the
list will expand.
4. You’ll see the standard LTL
quote itemized on the center
of the screen with additional
options listed on the right.
To choose a guaranteed
option where the rate is
shown, simply click on the
corresponding button for
an updated itemized quote.
Then, click on Book
Shipment, and the BOL
application will appear.
A PRO will automatically
be assigned on the BOL,
which will be prefilled
with the information
you’ve already supplied.

5. If a rate isn’t shown for an option
you’re interested in or you need other
time-critical options, click Contact Us,
and a screen asking for a few more
details will appear.

information, a Solution Specialist
will contact you by phone as soon
as possible.
