Loudi sports center, to be built and
opening in July 2011, is one of the
most beautiful modern sports
centers of Hunan province at
present with complete function and
optimal facility.
It is a multi-functional creative park,

competition, cultural and artistic
performance, fitness and leisure,
conference and exhibition.
The center covers an area of 430
mu, and the building area is 89,340
square meters.
It had already undertaken some
international and domestic grand
events, and has become the fitness
stage, leisure & entertainment
base, sports industry demonstration
zone, and new business cards of
Loudi city.

4. COMPETITION RULES
1) The updated WKF rules will be applied in the competition. Final competition method will be
formulated by the OC according to the registration and explained at Team Manager meeting
2) -55kg for senior male will be included according to AKF competition format.

3) In case of less than 8 competitors in each category, OC has authority to combine relevant
categories.
4) Competitors must bring by themselves WKF/AKF/CKA approved dogis and equipments. CKA &
OC has NO obligation to provide.
5.
ENTRY
1) CKA and OC only accept entries by NF, namely Dojos or Clubs which are interested to
participate must send entries via their National Karate Federation.
2) Each NF can enter maximum of 2 teams and 2 competitors in each category with
exception of the host country.
3) Junior kata competitors can participate in both senior and junior kata competitions if they meet
the terms of registration limit.

7. REFEREES
Each team should register 1 referee with valid AKF/WKF license. The OC will provide free
accommodation. Please fill in the Referee Registration Form and send it back to the OC
before June 10, 2015. In addition, each delegation can register maximum 5 referees with valid
AKF/WKF license.
8.
AWARDS & PRIZE
(1) Top 3 competitors in each category will be awarded with medals and diplomas;
(2) All participants will be awarded with participation certificates;
(3) Top 3 winners in senior male/female team kumite will be awarded with prize as follows:
1st Place: USD1,000
2nd Place: USD 500
3rd Place: USD 300
9．TRANSPORTATION
Airport
Official Hotel: Participants are recommended to arrive at Changsha Huanghua
International Airport. OC will provide free transportation between the airport and the official hotel for
the delegation to make hotel reservation via OC.

13. CHINESE VISA
In order to ensure entry visas for participants concerned, CKA is responsible for preparing the
official invitation for their visa application. Please submit the required documents below to OC as
early as possible, but in any case no later than the deadline required as below.

clearly and accurately, and all the information provided must be exactly same as the passport.
2. PASSPORT COPIES: Scanned copy of the personal information page of the passport must
be sent to CKA together with the application form no later than May 30, 2015.
3. Passport must be with at least 6 months of remaining validity and enough blank visa
pages
Remark: CKA will take no responsibility for possible reject of visa as a result of following
actions, such as failing to meet the above requirements, late registration, other hotel
reservation rather than HQ hotel, or payment delay and etc.

1） Brief Introduction of Loudi City
Loudi, located in the geographical
geometry center of Hunan Province,
govern Louxing Area, Lianyuan City,
Lengshuijiang City, Xinhua &
Shuangfeng County. The city is 60
km wide from east to west, 102
kilometers long from north to south,
and 112 kilometers from the
provincial capital Changsha. The total
area is 8,117 square kilometers,.
Loudi was the land of minority
community before, part of Jingzhou
in Xia, Shang & Zhou Dynasties, and
in the scope of Chu during the
Warring States Period. After Qin
unified China, Loudi was officially
included in the territory of Qin, and belonged to Changsha County. In September 1977, The State
Council approved to establish Lianyuan Area, and changed its name to Loudi region in December
1982. In January 1999, Loudi became prefecture-level city.
For its superior geographical position and convenient transportation, Loudi is the main strategy
hinterland of Hunan province since the ancient times. Xiangqian and Loushao railways intersect

here. 207 & 320 national highways, Luozhan railway, and Shangrui highway run through Loudi
area, which make Loudi become important transportation junction and goods distribution center
of Jiangnan region.
Loudi has beautiful and picturesque sceneries, appropriate temperature, and distinctive four
seasons. The annual average temperature is 16 to 17.3 ℃. There are more than 70 scenic spots
including human landscapes and various famous sceneries, such as the Houses of famous
minister Zeng Guofan in Qing dynasty.
2）SIGHTSEEING
The OC can provide assistance to participants in arranging scenic spots tour, with expenses
covered by participants. For more information, please contact with the OC upon your arrival.

ZENG GUOFAN’S FORMER RESIDENCE
Zeng Guofan's Former Residence, Fu Hou Tang, which is located in Heye town of Shuangfeng County,
was built in Qing Dynasty Tongzhi four years (AD 1865).The entire building with garden style is similar
like the structure of Beijing Siheyuan, and it covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters,
building area of 10,000 square meters. The essence of Fu Hou Tang is the Library Building, which had
collections of more than 300,000 books, and it is one of the largest private libraries to be well
preserved in our country.

ZI QUE JIE TERRACE
Zi Que Jie Terrace is located in Xinhua country, and govern by Xixi district of Shuiche town and
Shuanglin district of Fengjia town, which belongs to the Fengjia mountain system in the central of
Xufeng Mountain. The total area is more than 50 square kilometers, and the terrace area is more than
13 square kilometers around Zi Que Jie in Shuiche Town. It rains a lot and humidity is high here. Sea
of clouds can be formed all the year around Xixi rive, and it is suitable watch sea of clouds and sunrise.
Zi Que Jie Terrace has already 2,000 years of history, which is the labor crystallization of many ethnic
groups, such as Miao, Yao, Tong, Han, etc. On the back of Zi Que Jie, there are honeysuckle base of
ten thousand mu, 48 Yao villages and other cultural landscapes.
