Featuring an interactive tool set that allows resumes to be uploaded and edited, the Career Centre also provides a diverse music industry contact database. Registered employers regularly post and update job and internship opportunities which are accessed exclusively by Metalworks graduates. Uploaded resumes and cover letters are automatically made available for review by employers in a graduate’s field of study. The Alumni Network is a social networking tool available to all graduates who are able to keep in touch or renew contact with former classmates; explore business ideas with other graduates, share news and discuss employment opportunities. In addition: • Applicants must have an OSSD or out-of-province equivalent • Admission to certain programs may be limited and subject to an academic interview and audition • Mature applicants are also welcome to apply 1. Successful applicants must register within 30 days of acceptance to the school, otherwise their acceptance will be revoked. After a period of 6 months, unsuccessful applicants may re-apply for admission to the school on a one-time only basis.
