How does it work?
Full or Partial Ownership
Each cottage is set up and priced differently. Several units are
available for fractional ownership. This means you buy a
percentage, say 50% of a particular cottage. (See the attached
pricing chart.)
Partial ownership means you will pay the equivalent percentage of
condominium maintenance fees. (See the attached pricing chart.)
You receive your deed for the cottage and contribute your monthly
condo fees.
As an owner you are responsible for any repairs to the exterior or
interior of your building.
You have full access to all common grounds of the property,
beaches and roads.

Who manages the condominium?
The owner of each condominium becomes a member of the
Condominium Corporation. It is this governing body that manages
the property. The condominium corporation sets the rules and
bylaws, such as noise levels, pets, property improvements etc., as
well as hires out any maintenance requirements within the common
lands of the corporation.
What costs am I responsible for as an owner?
Individual owners are responsible for:

Optional rental opportunities:
You may choose to rent your condominium when you are not able
to use it. This is a great way to help pay for annual expenses.
Cambra Properties will manage your rentals, including website,
online reservation system, bookings, check-ins and checkouts,
cleaning and any client care during their stay. With six years
experience in the industry of rental management, your investment is
in good hands.

What is the time frame from purchase to possession of my new
condominium?
The process to close a purchase is approximately 60 days
Are additions and changes to the cottage allowed?
Yes, as long as it maintains the integrity of the property and is
approved by the association.
