MONDAY-THE TWELFTH DAY OF APRIL, 1965
In the matter of The Town and
Village Act:
BEFORE:
The Local Authorities Board
for the Province of Alberta.
And in the matter of The Local
Authorities Board Act:
And in the matter of an application by the Village of
Myrnam for the annexation to
the Village of certain adjacent
territory.
Upon application of the Village of Myrnam dated January 27, 1 965,
petitioning for the annexation to the Village of all that portion of the
S.E. 15-54-9-4 shown as Lot A on Registered Subdivision Plan 8174 E.T.;
and
Upon conducting a public hearing of the matter in the Village of
Myrnam on Tuesday, April 8th, 1965, of which hearing all interested
parties were duly notified; and
Upon considering the evidence presented at the said hearing; and
Upon reading a letter of the County of Two Hills No. 21 dated
January 6th, 1965, consenting to the annexation of the said land to the
Village of Myrnam and its separation from the said County; and
Upon conducting a physical inspection of the Village boundaries
and reading other materials filed with the Board;
It is ordered that the lands hereinafter described be detached from
the County of Two Hills No. 21, and the same be and are hereby annexed
to the Village of Myrnam:
This Order shall take effect on and from the 1st day of January,
1965.
