The Board of Public Utility
Commissioners for the Province of Alberta.
In the matter of The Public
Utilities Act.
And in the matter of an application by the Village of Myrnam
for an Order annexing to the said
Village certain territory.
Upon the application of the Village of Myrnam for an Order including within the Village certain territory adjacent thereto, and upon
hearing representations made at the hearing on the application held
at the Village of Myrnam on the 3rd day of November, 1954, on behalf
of the Village of Myrnam and one interested landowner, the Municipal
District of Eagle No. 81 having consented thereto:
be and the same is hereby annexed to and included in the Village of
Myrnam.
This order shall be deemed to take effect as and from the 30th day
of December, 1954.
