Attach the left end cap (#2) & right end cap (#4) to the front stabilizer and fasten them with two 15mm pan head screws (#3). 3 16 Attach the console mast to the base unit and fasten with six M8 nylon nuts (#34), six 5 21bolts (#33). Be careful spring washers (#16), and six carriage 10not to damage or discon8 nect wire during this step. 6 28 17 11 19 21 16 22 24 34 33 25 9 5 22 23 24 34 25 16 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: Attaching Pedal Arms NE 2000 ELLIPTICAL TRAINER STEP 4: Attaching Upper Body Arms 34 22 25 9 5 8 10 12 23 24 13 2 6 3 28 4 29 11 14 15 16 28 17 1 29 18 31 19 26 27 33 Attach the left pedal arm (#8) and right pedal arm (#10) to the sub pedal arms (#9) and fasten them with two M10 nylon nuts (#5), four flat washer (#6) and two 85mm socket head cap screws (#11). Attach the 31left upper body arm (#13) and right upper body arm (#14) to the left pedal arm (#8) and right pedal arm (#10) and fasten them with four curve washers (#15), four spring washers (#16) and four 50mm socket head cap screws (#17). 8 10 6 1 1 1 2 Attach the side covers (#18) to the left (#8) and right (#10) pedal arms and fasten them with four 15mm pan head screws (#19). 2 2 3 25 5 6 Insert the top covers (#12) in the left (#8) and right (#10) pedal arms. 34 9 5 1 20 21 16 3 1 Connect the left and right touch heart rate wires (#29,#31). Do not allow the upper body arms (#13, 14) to hang freely from wires. 28 REFE 22 23 24 3 17 18 28 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 19 16 STEP 5: Attaching Handlebar NE 2000 ELLIPTICAL TRAINER 6 FLAT W 5 10 6 17 11 19 21 22 24 Attach the handlebar (#20) to the console mast bracket and fasten with two 25mm pan head screws (#21). 22 23 22 16 9 25 CURVE 25 21 24 SOCKE 15 20 31 NYLON STEP11 6: Installing Computer Console 34 8 5 31 23 24 SPRING SOCKE PAN HE 28 29 PAN HE 31 26 27 PAN HE PAN HE 33 CARRIA 34 NYLON Connect the console cable (#28) and touch heart rate wire (#29) into back of computer console (#25). Attach the computer console (#25) to the console mast bracket and fasten with four 10mm pan head screws (#22). PHILLIPS Attach the console bottom cover (#23) to the computer console (#25) and fasten with four 25mm pan head screws (#24). Plug in the A/C adapter (#27) into the Jack Plug (#26) and into 110v wall outlet. To turn computer on simply start exercising. After 5 minutes of non-use, computer will go into sleep mode and does not need to be unplugged. Check again to insure that all parts are properly installed and that all nuts and bolts are completely secured. Get on the unit and check to see that the computer console and resistance system are working properly. Please be sure to read through your Nautilus owner’s manual completely before using your elliptical. It will describe in detail how to operate the product safely and correctly.
