Message Attachment Handling
In the WorldClient and LookOut themes, when users compose an email
and click the “attach” button, users can attach documents from a sortable
and searchable list of all documents that the user has access to through
WorldClient. [Figure 3-1]
Saving Email Messages
In all WorldClient themes, users can save the source of the selected
message as an .eml file to the user’s local machine.
Figure 3-1
Attachment Printing
Users can choose whether to print message attachments “Always”, “Never”,
or “Decide on Print.” [Figure 3-2]
Email Encryption with Virtru
When using the WorldClient or LookOut theme, users can now encrypt email
messages and attachments using Virtru. [Figure 3-3]
Password Recovery
The password recovery feature allows users to designate a password
recovery email address. When a user has forgotten his password, he can
click on a “Forgot password?” link which takes him to a page that asks
him to confirm his password recovery email address. When this address
is entered correctly, a link to a page that allows the user to change his
password is sent to that address. [Figure 3-4]

Desktop Notifications
Desktop notifications allow WorldClient users (using the LookOut or
WorldClient theme) to receive notifications of new email messages, new
instant messages, and any change in status of a chat buddy. [Figure 3-5]
