KCHS What you’ll need: Tootsie Pops Tissues Black Marker Orange and Black Ribbon or String How to make: First, you will need to take your Tootsie Pop and place a tissue over the top. It should be equal on all sides. Once you have done this, you need to take a piece of each color of the ribbon or string and tie a bow directly under the Tootsie Pop. Then, get your marker and draw little ghost eyes on your tissue. You should now have an edible, cute, easy craft and decoration for Halloween!
