Rachael Miller is a Christian Author, Inspirational speaker and
Certified Christian Life Coach. With a heart to develop women to
live an organized and balanced life, Rachael Miller is the founder
and CEO of CMO Global Home of Color Me Organized Training
Institute in Fayetteville, GA.

Rachael Miller has a BS Degree from Oral Roberts University and
is certified as a Life Coach through the American Association of
Christian Counselors. What began as a passion to help women organize
their homes has expanded to a passion for helping both women refine
their entire lives. To the hundreds of women she now serves they
affectionately call her Sis. Rachael along with scores of titles; such
as: mentor, pastor, prophetess, spiritual mother, God’s handmaiden,
life coach, spiritual sergeant, spiritual midwife and spiritual Harriet
Tubman.
Formerly the producer of Trinity Broadcasting Network’s Praise the
Lord show, Rachael Miller has been in the communication industry
for over twenty years. Now Rachael Miller is producing her own
television and radio broadcasts “Refining Women Worldwide.” A
north suburban Chicago native is well sought-after for workshops,
conferences, and retreats. She and her husband Randall, reside in
the metro-Atlanta area with their three children: Mikah, Gabriel
and Trinity.

successes.
After 17 years of working for TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network), she has taken
a bold step to leave the familiar and follow the call upon her life. “This took a
lot of courage and a lot of faith to do, but I am excited about being in full-time
ministry. About 7 years ago, I started to receive a vision for CMO Global, but
just because you receive the vision, doesn’t necessarily mean that it is the right
time, because once you receive the vision there is still the development process
and much time spent laying before God, so you can hear exactly what He wants
you to do. I started while I was still at TBN, and began meeting with the women
on the weekend. I remember the very first session was just three women, yet at
that time those three women felt like thirty thousand, because I knew if I could
pray for their lives, and if I would be faithful over the litte that God would make

So while she was producing major programs in Christiandom, and her daily
activities would include working alongside some of the best known names in
ministry--she mentioned she’d be working with Creflo Dollar or Jessie Duplantis or even my own spiritual dad, Dr. Renny McLean (we just love him)-- and
although she still held one of the most highly coveted positions in Christian
broadcasting, something she had always dreamed of and even went to school
for... she just knew that God was calling her to more.
“I’ll never forget I was talking to Bishop John Francis, and he shared that when
God was calling him to go to the next level of what God for him, he had to let
go of a wonderful job that he had. He had to let go and walk in the direction that
God was calling him”. She went on to say, “Eventually, the four walls of my office started to feel like a caged bird and I knew I had to get out, and I knew people’s lives were waiting for me to have enough courage to walk in my destiny.”
I am now helping women bring order and balance to their lives so that they can
walk out their destiny, and my destiny now is intertwined with their destinies.
God has purpose in His plan. Through my coaching program, I can help them
not only through prayer but also by giving practical advise and solutions to help
them to be able to move into their place of purpose.
She shares solid advice on staring off right: Put God first, this sounds so basic,
but you would be surprised, how many women spend a few minutes in the
shower with God and that’s it, but do not spend any quality time with the Lord.
We started a 5 am prayer call a little over a year ago and women all across the
nation began calling in. So, spending time with God has to be first and literally
spending time with God first, meant their mornings were spent getting insight
about their futures. We work on getting the foundation right so that they can
build on the right foundation. I am determined to help women get their foundations set so that they will experience success not only in their homes, but also
in their destiny.
