The Solution
RAIL2015, run by the Rail Alliance, is an outdoor
rail show set against a real rail environment and
aimed at the entire rail sector to showcase products and services that meet the increasingly demanding needs of the rail sector.
RAIL2015 required a security system that could
be set-up and operate in an outdoor environment.
WCCTV were able to provide the Rail Alliance
with a complete site security solution by deploying 4 WCCTV Site Security Towers around the
event site. The all-in-one mobile CCTV tower is
specifically designed for site security with flexible methods of powering, making it suitable for
deployment in the most remote location.
The show was held over two days in September and over 200 companies exhibited ranging
from a 750 tonne crane to geotechnical products and track lifting innovations. As exhibitors
were located outdoors and equipment had to be
left overnight too, the Rail Alliance needed to
ensure that over the duration of RAIL2015, all
assets were secure and a reliable security system was in place.

but also throughout the night, ensuring peace-ofmind to the exhibitors and to the Rail Alliance that

Tower
WCCTV’s Site Tower forms part of a proactive
crime prevention solution. It is an all-in-one mobile
CCTV tower specifically designed for site security
including asset monitoring and perimeter protection for remote sites, buildings or infrastructure on
a temporary, permanent or semi-permanent basis.
The mobile Site Tower integrates an IR PTZ camera, multiple motion detectors and audio speakers
