Reconditioning, Drainage Works, Turnout Construction including installation and
maintenance, Corridor Presentation, Re-Timbering, Re-Sleepering, Re-Railing, Graffiti

Safety Act and Sydney Train’s policy on drugs and alcohol. Multi Civil and Rail Services
guarantee that in conjunction with our ‘Alcohol & Other Drugs Policy’ all staff have been
briefed on the policy and signed the briefing attendance form.
3. Multi Civil and Rail Services are a member of Sydney Trains Safe Working panel and
has been pre-qualified to other panels to provide Track Assessment Services, Track
Welding, Track Reconstruction, Fencing, and Corridor Presentation Services

About Us
Since its inception, Multi Civil and Rail Services has grown from a small business primarily
focused on equipment hire, to now employing over 340 Infrastructure Workers / Protection
Officers, from Level 1 through to Level IV Transport and Distribution (Rail Infrastructure),
allowing the company to diversify into other areas of the Civil Rail Industry.
With the considerable growth of the organisation, an office at Merrylands has been opened in
order to service the Central Sydney and surrounding areas. In addition the organisation has
maintained its commitment to expanding into the Northern area of Sydney by developing an
office at Wyong to continue its growing commitment to serving the rail engineering industry.
Multi Civil and Rail Services continue to grow to this day and one of the reasons for this is a
focus on employee training that allows workers to be skilled in many areas of Rail Infrastructure.

Rick Jorgenson- Labour Hire Manager
Rick has over 30 years Rail Industry experience. Rick has spent the last 15 years of his career
involved in Training and Assessment of Civil Infrastructure Competencies including PW52/53,
Safe-Working, Rail Adjusting, and all other facets of Civil Infrastructure Works.

John White-Operations Manager
John has over 30 years Rail Industry experience in all facets of infrastructure works, including
Training/Assessing, Track Reconditioning, Turnout Construction and Installation, Re-Railing, ReSleepering, etc. John spent the last 11 years of his rail career as a Team/ Production Manager
with Track Renewals.
