At the same time, an image can often mean more when tagged with the right key words or captioned with contextualizing information. Artwork will show the audience something, while also telling them something at the same time. Whether these messages conflict or align is up to the artist. Full of sparkling wit, provocative remarks and with satirical humor at every turn, this truly is one of the most loved and enduringly popular plays of all time, brought to new life with ATC’s panache. In this original Broadway version of Seussical, the Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton the elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing Whos.
