Things to know
Summer Camp Description
Wk 1: June 11-15
Fall Classes begin July 30th
Correspondence: All correspondence will be
handled through e-mail. Please supply your
e-mail address on our registration form.
NMGC campers will choose to be on one of
three laff-a-lympics teams and race around the
world. Each week they will travel to different
countries while learning interesting fun facts
What to wear: T-shirts & shorts for both girls
and boys. Girls may also wear a leotard for
gymnastics. Hair needs to be tied back and no
jewelry
about that area of the world.
All campers will receive their own Olympic
Bring Daily: 9:00-3:00pm campers bring 2
snacks, lunch and a drink. 9:00-1:00pm
campers bring 1 snack, lunch and a drink
Credential and will be able to check off what
they have achieved throughout that week.
Campers will chart a course for that week’s
destination and use the world map to travel
from check point to check point. During their
travels they will receive instruction in
gymnastics, enjoy fun crafts, food, and
participate in official Olympic game activities.
Campers will also enjoy “laff-a-lympics”
Olympic Café: Wednesdays & Fridays Pizza,
drinks, dessert and cartoon $5.00 each day
