Stay as close as you can to the place where you last were together. LOST AND FOUND All lost items will be brought to the LOST AND FOUND at the Visitor Center at Hall Tavern. If you have lost something, go there directly to retrieve it. Note that the museum closes at 4:30 p.m. If there are urgently needed items in the lost and found such as wallets, car keys or cell phones, these will be brought to the check-in desk at the Deerfield Inn so that they can be retrieved despite the museum’s closure. Lost and found is located at the Visitor Center at Hall Tavern and at the Flynt Center of Early New England Life. FIRST AID First aid is available at each ticketing location. If you need further assistance, please contact a staff person wearing a red lanyard nametag for help. PLEASE NOTE: • Photography, video/audio taping, sketching are not permitted inside any museum buildings. • Use of computer equipment and cellular telephones is not permitted while in museum buildings. • Food and beverages are not permitted inside museum buildings. Visitors will be asked to leave any food and beverages they have outside the museum building before entering. • No smoking or vaping is permitted in any historic building including the Gift Shop and the Deerfield Inn. • For the safety of museum collections, visitors are not permitted to touch museum objects. • Please leave baby strollers and back carriers outside of museum houses. Unaccompanied children may not enter museum buildings. • Pets are welcome on leashes outdoors in the village, but not on the Channing Blake Footpath because of its proximity to farm animals. No pets are allowed in any museum building, except licensed assistance dogs. Please clean up after your pets. ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS Please refer to the map to locate wheelchair-accessible buildings: Visitor Center at Hall Tavern, Deerfield Inn, Museum Gift Shop & Bookstore, Flynt Center of Early New England Life, Dwight House. If you need additional assistance, please ask a staff member wearing a red lanyard nametag for help. Restrooms with accessible facilities are located behind the Visitor Center at Hall Tavern, at the Flynt Center of Early New England Life, at the Deerfield Inn, and behind the Williams House. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY A staff photographer will be taking photos today to document the event and everyone who has participated. These photos may be used in printed publications, on social media and other promotional channels. If you do not wish to be photographed today, please get a sticker from any ticketing site so we know not to take your picture. Thanks for your help!
